Beautiful place, very well organized, very good breakfast, very good service provided by friendly team, friendly relaxed atmosphere, and I loved our quiet room and comfortable bed - never before did I overcame jet lag so quickly.

Bed sheet had lots of hair on it when I checked in. Breakfast was a bit bitter tasting, also took a long time to arrive.

I read it in other reviews so not a big surprise but the rooftop bar and the area in general can be noisy. We were first on the 7th floor (below the rooftop bar which is on the 8th floor) which was pretty noisy. Staff was very accomodating though when we asked for a room on the lower floors. That said, the roodtop bar closes at midnight and on Sunday at 10pm so as such nog a huge problem either.

Please please please provide more shade around the pool area! For those prone to burning it’s impossible to enjoy the poolside area or the roof above it. It would be nice to be able to sit in shade and read a book there.

Not necessarily a grip because everyone has their preferences however for me the pillow was too stiff for five night stay.

The security at this hostel/hotel was great especially for solo female travelers. Having two restaurants, lower and upper level bars, pool and a hot tub added to additional amenities. The convenience of having a fantastic breakfast on premise before daily excursions was a plus. Tour organizers on sight helped to lock in excursions without hassles. This is a well run, professional establishment. Perhaps one of the best in the business.

We thought that the pool area could have more sun beds.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean with airco. For the included breakfast, you can choose from a menu of several options such as pancakes with scrambled eggs. The staff is very attentive suggesting us the free laundry service included in our room fee.

The only downside was the wait for breakfast. The food was amazing and freshly made to order, but we usually had to wait 30–40 minutes, depending on how many orders were ahead of us. That’s understandable — and the freshness is a plus — but it was a bit stressful when we had an early tour.

This hotel was excellent and very centrally located near restaurants and bars in a safe area. We didn’t end up eating out because the food at the hotel was so delicious, and the rooftop was amazing — there was entertainment every night. The place is a mix of hotel and hostel, so expect lots of young people and a lively vibe. It can get noisy in the common areas, but we didn’t hear a thing from our room. Our room had good A/C and very comfy beds.

The rooftop could be a bit loud and crowded at night, but we could easily go up to the rooftop to enjoy the quiet mornings instead.

The hotel was super clean and well-decorated. The views from the rooftop were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and Hubert was helpful to us. Location is very convenient.

The fan in my bed, and in one of my friends, didn’t work, but it wasn’t too hot thankfully.

Such good value, the rooms are lovely, modern, cool and clean. You get effectively your own pod to sleep in with a comfortable mattress, the pool is so nice, and the rooftop bar is very social. A great hot shower with provided soap & shampoo. Let us hang around the pool area after we’d checked out and leave our backpacks there too. Would definitely recommend!

Very small details but the bar upstairs ran out of toilet paper a lot and didn’t seem to be replenished often. Also the fans next to the bed are loud- I can sleep through anything so this didn’t bother me but for some people it might.

I’ve stayed in many hostels around the world and this was one of my favourites by far. The neighbourhood is lovely and full of great bars and restaurants. The hostel itself has three bar/restaurant spaces, including the rooftop bar. The rooftop is amazing- it’s split into three levels- the bar and pool, an upstairs balcony level with better views, and a third smaller balcony above that with sun loungers. The sunsets from the rooftop were really incredible. The music in the bar was amazing- a lot of 2000s rnb and hip hop. The prices in the bar are also very reasonable. Every night had some sort of event as well, so plenty going on. The beds are super comfy and come with several charging points next to them, a shelf behind the bed to store things, a light, a curtain for privacy and also a fan to keep cool. The dorm was peaceful and nicely decorated. Also small details like the towels being provided for free, lifts being super fast and staff being really friendly made this such a great place to stay. I didn’t want to leave!! They also have a laundry service with a 24 hour turnaround which is handy for backpackers. 10000% recommend

Bring earplugs, the music on the roof is loud and also there are clubs nearby playing music that you can hear until late.

This hostel is super cute. The beds are comfy and the shower is nice and warm. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good and had a few choices. The view from the roof is amazing. They have rooms with ac and without. We had one without and also one with, the one without had a fan so it was comfortable especially since it's cool at night in Medellín.

That there were no social activities on the weekends :(

The hotel facilities are amazing, the pool and jacuzzi with views are an absolute highlight! The dorms are also super comfortable with a curtain to block the light, huge storage space... Amazing!

Really nice place, good location close to metro and was close to the pick ups for the trips I booked. The rooms were nice and the staff really nice as well. I didn't really use the facilities at all but seemed like there was a lot of nice things happening around.
