Good choice for Salento, right on the central square above supermarket and few steps from Willys. Room was simple and functional. There are no breakfast in the hotel itself but many good cafes and breakfast places around

Staff don’t speak English but were still helpful.

You’re literally on the main square so great location. I asked for a quiet room as outside the main entrance is noisy and the room given was fine. You can hear some noise but it’s not that bad.

Located in the town center with restaurants, grocery store, souvenir shops, and tours to coffee region cocora valley right there. Very nice staff, very clean, hot water, safe, back deck to relax on.

The hotel is cute, right on the beautiful plaza. The team was very nice, friendly and helpful. We arrived around 9.30am very tired after a night in the bus and without any problem we could check in and move in the room..that was super great and many other places would not offer that, even if the room is already ready!

Comfortable and clean room, hot shower, good wifi. I had a room in the back of the hotel where it was nice and quiet. In the back is also a nice balcony area to relax at. It’s at the main square, close to everything.

We checked out and left our bags there. After coming to pick up the bags, we were not allowed to use the bathroom. Very poor service and upsetting.

It is located on the main square so very easy access to the Main Street and plaza. The bed was comfortable and quiet (although if you get a room on the street side, the music outside at night may be disturbing your sleep). The lady that received at check in was top notch friendly and polite (not so much the receptionist the day later- see below)

Only the noise in the three bedroom appartements was notable and most nights disturbing.

Super cozy and nice appartements. Comfortable beds! Always coffee in the morning and we loved the cute terracce in the morning.

Everything was good and as described. Only thing we didn't like is that on Saturday morning there was super loud music from another property... Possibly even a church, at around 5.30am that woke us up..not their fault and not sure that's a regular thing!

No shampoo, just soap. Make sure you can speak some spanish or you have a translating app.

Stunning rooms and absolutely amazing location. You really felt like you were in a movie. The staff made coffee for guest every morning, which was delicious.

Location. In the center of everything. It was very, very loud, but it didn't bother us :) Both ladies who are taking care of the hotel are amiable and are trying hard.

Need to get used to the church bells, woke us up very early, but thats just part of this beautiful village.

The location was great, directly at the plaza and we asked for a quiet room, which we got in the end. The room was also very clean, bed comfortable and shower pressure was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Its very convienent that there is a supermarket downstairs.
