Regarding the shared bathrooms, we do a deep cleaning once a day and continuously clean the floors throughout the day. However, we understand that with many trekkers returning from the mountains, the bathrooms can get messier more quickly. Regarding the bathroom, we appreciate your suggestion about the bath mat and will take it into account to improve our facilities. As for pricing, Salento and the Coffee Region are indeed popular tourist destinations, which influences accommodation costs, though they remain reasonable compared to other destinations as we heard from other guests. We sincerely apologize for any noise disturbance during your stay. We do have rules posted behind the doors in the rooms regarding quiet hours to ensure that all guests can rest peacefully. Unfortunately, we cannot always control the behavior of others, but we will continue to remind our guests to be considerate of each other's sleep. Regarding the payment, we confirm that our prices are the same if you paid in cash, however, there is a 5% fee for card payments for bank commission charges.
