United StatesOur bathroom window wouldn’t close so it did get muggy in there even when the air conditioner was on. Breakfast was good, but it wasn’t buffet, so there is a limit to how much food you can have.
The room was lovely, aircon worked quickly once turned on. The staff was wonderful!

ColombiaI did mention that my father couldn't use much the stairs but no one got back to me saying that there's no way to get to the room without using the stairs..... Let the customers know, what if they come with a disability chair?
Breakfast was great, the hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. Staff members were super nice and friendly, especially the ladies that prepared the breakfast and made the room.

I've stayed here many times when I visit San Andres. Rooms are basic, clean and with great a/c. Breakfast varies on a daily basis. Staff are friendly. Just a block to the beach. Bathroom has hot water, which is a plus.

United StatesGrand Carribe Hotel is a good value about a block from the beach. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with some homemade typical foods. The room was good, big shower but only tepidly hot water, which wasn't a huge problem because it is hellishly hot here. The AC was great. Rooms have a safe, TV, good bed. At front desk they will provide beach towels, take 2/person, they are sort of small. There is no elevator or pool. Overall pretty good hotel, if you dont need the beachfront luxury hotels.
