Food, staff.

Noisy road, bad room, small bathroom.

Everybody is very kind, especially Jordi. We lost our way, we were confused, because it was the first time in the area, but Jordi took the time to explain to us the solution, and he made us feel really comfortable. Thank you so much.

The illumination through the way was poor, we were nervous. Maybe to have better illumination in the road.

Most staff were excellent.

Some staff are not as friendly

Amazing stay in a unique location! The hacienda is just incredible. It’s super well kept, beautiful facilities and lovely staff. It’s an oasis hidden in the coffee region. The breakfast is very complete and and the options for lunch and dinner are great. They could increase the number of vegetarian dishes though. The coffee tour is a must, it was the best experience during our entire trip to Colombia. It’s unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before, do not miss it!

The wifi is a bit weak

We enjoyed the meals and fresh food. Staff was very nice. The pool and the birds we could watch was so spectacular. The coffee plantation tour was very special and educating.

The tranquility is surrounded by nature, exceptional restaurant and really friendly and attentive service. The quality and creativity of the food really exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size and I especially enjoyed the private terrace with a comfy hammock. A really good educational tour about coffee on-site.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

Location and food was great but the best was Jordi, amazing service.

Noise.

The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The massage was equally excellent, adding to the overall sense of comfort and rejuvenation.

The rooms were small, outdated, and unappealing, with poor lighting and subpar air quality. Additionally, the ceilings were noticeably dirty, which added to the overall discomfort.

The room was big and clean. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi that were also very nice. The view from the pool was amazing. The staff was very polite and the food was also super good.

We booked a couple's massage that was a waste of money. The lady did not put any pressure and it seemed more like she was only touching my back kindly.

The nature of, full of birds, fruit trees and the view

Simply amazing, one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed in. Every single member of staff was super helpful and friendly but shout out to Jordi in the restaurant who went the extra mile. If you stay, book the coffee tour.

On picture the property seems very nice. The reality is different. The only nice thing is the nature surrounding the property.

Breakfast was extremely poor. Although staff was very helpful and trying to do their best, the options available in the breakfast were limited and of low quality. Although I have booked two large rooms the bathrooms weee extremely small.
