The staff is very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our time at the pool, it is a beautiful and very comfortable space.

The breakfast was good and plentiful but we did not like the offerings for snacks or dinner.

We moved out of our original hotel to move into Grand Sirenis This hotel was 10x better than our original booking. Our rooms had Ocean views and were large and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous and there were plenty of lounge chairs. The staff was wonderful. Highly recommended.

The food at the buffet was great but would have liked more variety each day (they have very similar options every day). The service at thematic restaurant was very slow. They had very few staff members working the day we went, we sat there for more than half an hour and didn’t even get to put in our drinks order

- Music at the pool area is way too loud, even when at the far end of the area, Colombians really overdo it with their permanent blasting music everywhere; same for the shows in the evening; we couldnt even attend the "romatic night" because the live music was so loud it was hurting my ears - why is there no way to get spare cutlery in the buffet restaurant? - the Italian restaurant was nice for a change and had more attentive waiters (again: Milton Valencia!) but the food options sounded more exciting in the menu than they tasted. The big buffet of themain restaurant was better in that. - the floor in our room was not cleaned when we checked in - overall San Andres is a pretty expensive place and the quality doesnt match what you pay. In general I would recommend different places for Caribbean beach holidays

The Infinity pool with view over the harbour and the bistro/pool bar was very nice. This location makes it a bit more far away to get to the main beach/promenade but probably also more quiet at night. My recommendation: Stick with the main beach in San Andres town, you dont need to spend overpriced trips to to Johnny Cayor elsewhere. The beach closer to the airport is perfect for swimming, the part of the beach that is closer to the hotel good for snorkeling. Quality of the service depended - as everywhere on San Andres - highly on the individual employees, Milton Valencia was an excellent waiter, though!

The gym doesn't have good air conditioning. The elevators were slow and not well synchronized.

Lobby is hot but it’s the cost of being in paradise

Great place in the center of San Andre’s. Staff remembers you and always makes sure you have everything you need. Ginella and Derek are the most notable staff members who always made sure to great us by name.

We were asked to leave early , management told us we’d be refunded for the night we didn’t stay. I’ve made several attempts to contact the hotel and receive the refund but to no avail. If I had this experience happen it would’ve been a 10/10 stay.

Food was very good , staff was very friendly. Location was good close to airport. They have everything you need to enjoy your trip.

Hotel is not finished (some services are not yet available), food in the buffet loses quality at the end of buffet since it has been on kept warm since the beginning of the buffet (perhaps buffet food should be replaced half way into the buffet period to keep quality)

Quiet, well organised, attentive staff. Rooms are always cool. Great work with the house keeping (room and the hotel were always clean)

I didn’t like that an item from my room was stolen. I also thought many of the drinks I ordered didn’t taste that good. Bartenders might need to take a course in how to make drinks (one guy was good).

I love the room and view, the size of the room, walking distance from the airport, the selection of food, distance from the beach and proximity to get to Johnny Cay.

The price is a litte too high ,is a new hotel yes. But no much to offer yet , they worked to put more entertainment for the costumer buffet is good people are nice

The all-inclusive food was a little too repetitive day after day, and not as varied as you may wish. The spa was not available.

A few members of the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and their service was awful. Also if you’re going to promote the parasailing in your hotel, maybe have pleasant people working especially if it gets cancelled for the day. Mishell was great but the other guy was not. But for the rest of the staff in the hotel, we had a great experience.

Location couldn’t have been better, the view from the pool incredible. Room was clean, towel service was great. Overall very clean and new.

Honestly the only thing I didn’t love was the restaurant, it wasn’t very good the one night we actually managed to get into it. The food was bland, when i asked for salt the waitress was SUPER apologetic that it wasn’t up to my standards, she was soo sweet. The staff are amazing here! But the buffet was great and the snack selection was great as well!

This place is beautiful, the view is amazing, the pool is perfect and gets alot of sun! It’s super clean and the staff is amazing, lots of food selection and the coffee is 10/10.

Seems like the hotel is undergoing renovations, and those are much needed. It's in the small details, such as the the ceiling on the pool where the paint is peeling off, or the toilet paper holder in the en-suite bathroom that seems to be hanging a bit out of the wall, or even the retractable clothesline. There is no beach service in the hotel since it's not actually at the beach, so the beach chairs are actually just the ones available at the hotel's pool. I was hoping to have access to a kayak, a beach bar and beach chairs, but that was probably some mix up I made since I looked at a lot of accommodations. We also had a hard time understanding the afternoon snacks, seems like whenever we attempted to get those, they were somehow unavailable. But that might have been a communication issue.

Location was really good. Walking distance of city center and the main beach of the island. The view of the marina, both from the room, as well as from the pool is very beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works great. Staff is really friendly and eager to help.

The room had broken furniture the bathroom was flooding each time I shower I had to complain to get a new room. They stole money out of my room. Noice was an issue and the food was always cold
