The code system on bedroom and bathroom were very inconvenient and excessive. Key cards would have been better. Also, the washroom was very tiny and difficult to maneuver within.

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is in a Water Zone, meaning there is one day a month when the area experiences a scheduled water outage. Unfortunately, this happened on my first night after a long flight from Europe, so I was unable to freshen up. While this is not the hotel's fault, it’s something to keep in mind. I’d recommend checking with them in advance to see if your stay coincides with this and preparing accordingly. Also, I wish they had some way to move the air in the room. It would be nice if they had an oscilating fan or something mounted on the wall.

The attention to detail in the facility itself is remarkable, with beautifully designed spaces that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is also fantastic! Just steps away (less than 50 meters) are a couple of great little markets for essentials and a convenient wash-and-fold laundry service—small details that make a big difference when traveling. Didn't like plastic covers on pillows (eventually took them off) and some rooms have a private bath that's not en suite. Check since each room is individual.

The water pressure in the shower was too low, it was impossible to wash hair properly. We understand that this is probably because of the high altitudes of Bogota.

Super friendly staff, they let us check-in and check-out at night which was great because it was our first days in Colombia. Breakfast was tasty, room simple but we found everything we need!

Shower could be better and room was facing to road so bit noisy at times - some sound proofing could be handy. Hotel is 5km from historic centre - would have liked to be nearer in hindsight.

Great clean house, comfortable bed and good sized room, friendly helpful staff, adequate breakfast. Safe area....although I felt ok in Bogata generally in my 5 day visit.

Everything was perfect! It exceeded my expectations. The staff was awesome. The attention and care they gave us were excellent! The area is very safe and there are supermarkets in walking distance. You can reach any important landmark or neighborhood with Uber and it's not expensive at all. We just have a recommendation: please consider adding a mirror in rooms because it's inconvenient for people to get dressed without a mirror.

Like many of the places in Bogota, it was quite cold inside and we lacked some space for luggage and to place our things for 4 persons.

The staff of the hotel was very supportive and friendly. They helped us to organize transport and to find our way around.

Nice room in a beautiful renovated house in a safe part of Bogota. Warm welcome and a nice breakfast. A bit of a challenge to get hot water.
