She goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable, offering the best tips and even arranging your transfers and excursions for you. The finca is pure paradise, and breakfast is just perfect. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Finca Campestre La Adelita, and it was genuinely one of the most heartwarming experiences we’ve had. The owner, Sonia, is an absolute gem—she welcomes you like you’re part of her family, which makes the whole experience feel incredibly homely. On the evening we arrived, Sonia hosted a little cheese and wine gathering for all the guests, and we spent the evening chatting in her sitting room, feeling utterly at home. She even gave us a brand new bedroom—it was the first time anyone had stayed in it—and it was absolutely lovely. The finca itself is a charming, traditional Colombian farmhouse, family-run, and full of character. Sonia makes her own cheese and butter, and breakfast is a homemade feast with fresh ingredients straight from the farm. You’ll find hens, goats, horses, parrots, and even a cow on the finca, all adding to that warm, rustic atmosphere. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for a genuine, down-to-earth, and utterly charming Colombian experience. We couldn’t have felt more looked after or more at home, and I can’t recommend it enough if you want a cosy, farm-style stay with a truly personal touch.

There were so many things to love about this amazing B&B. La finca was close to everything and Sonia made sure that everything that we could ever need an answer for was answered. Suggestions on places to go , Filandia, Salento, Quindio, Coffee tours, places to eat and a genuine caring for every experience we had. La finca was clean and beautiful and I would recommend this to anyone coming for an enchanting visit. Whether it is your first time in the country or you live here , I cannot recommend this amazing place enough. When I say how happy I am with our stay, I believe it is an understatement. I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Sonia and everyone at la Finca. There was not one thing that I could possibly say negatively about our stay. My wife and I are over the moon and when we return we will be calling Sonia first. Don't wait, book here immediately and you will feel like a part of the family. I truly believe I have family here after 2 days staying. THIS is how you run a business. This was a very quick trip for my wife and I. I am from USA and my wife is from Colombia and it was both of our first times in Quindio. We are filled with love and gratitude for our stay. If we could stay longer, trust and believe that we would. We will be sad to return back to the real world of work and all of the responsibilities that we encounter but I will remember these two days fondly forever. Thank you for welcoming us as part of your family Sonia, it is everything to us to feel so welcomed and included in such a beautiful place.

One of the biggest highlights for me was how pet-friendly they are. Sonia and her team were so kind to my dog, treating her as if she were their own. It was such a relief and joy to be in a place where pets are not only allowed but truly welcomed. The homemade breakfast was delicious, the ambiance serene, and every moment there felt like a retreat from the modern world. I absolutely loved my stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming, peaceful, and pet-friendly escape. Five stars all the way!

Our trip was wonderful. The service at La Adelita was incredible, including the staff, the rooms, and everything. We loved everything, and the breakfasts were a highlight.

We absolutely loved our stay at Finca Campestre La Adelita—it felt like a little slice of paradise! Sonya is such a kind and thoughtful host, and her warmth truly made the experience special! She instantly made us feel like her family. Finca has such a calm, peaceful energy, surrounded by nature and filled with the sounds of birds and rustling trees. Mornings were our favourite—waking up to a delicious homemade breakfast and the chatter of the parrots. The food was full of flavour and made with so much love! The dogs roaming the property made us feel even more at home. Only 30 mins from Cocora Valley and a few restaurants and cafes around if you want a change! It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed and connected. We didn’t want to leave!

Finca Adelita was an amazing experience. Our host, Sonia was extremely welcoming, gladly attending to all our needs and booking trips and excursions. The rooms themselves were comfortable, and the decor of the finca spoke of it's long history, something which Sonia was proud to share. We began each day with a delicious breakfast, which consisted of homemade ghee, jam, cheese and bread as well as fruit and double yoked eggs from the farm, as well as a special surprise of delicious homemade empanadas on our last day. Sonia and her team's hospitality and hard work made the experience extremely unique and enjoyable, and we would love to return in the future.

My daughter and I had a lovely experience. Sonia, our host, is a bucket full of sunshine. She has a warm heart and clearly is invested in her guests. My daughter later told me, "Sonia is like my Columbian Grandmother. I love staying with her".

I understand that we traveled during the cool season, but some chairs by the pool would have been a nice touch to allow us to sit in the sun.

Beautiful farm, clean and spacious rooms, amazing breakfast with delicious fruit, local eggs and freshly made cheese. Sonia was absolutely incredible and treated us like family. We loved our time in Salento. Sonia’s farm is a true gem if you want an authentic Colombian experience. 10/10

It’s perfect

The best host! She not only has everything clean, she also cooks amazing and shared amazing tips for home cook meals. The place feels cozy and has a lot of history. Definitely a whole cultural experience that everyone should live if comes to Eje Cafetero.

We enjoyed staying at this Farm since it's a very pleasant place, the host is super friendly, welcoming and a great guide who recommended us good restaurants around the area, things to do and helped make our stay like at home. She also ensured that our rooms were comfortable for each of us, made our breakfast very special with her own recipe of feijoa and sesame seeds jam the first morning along with fresh farm-made cheese, the blueberry jam with ghee butter, fresh-made bread and the spectacular feijoa guava juice the second morning. The breakfast is very filling, they served us two double-yolk eggs every morning, coffee, milk, cheese, juice, jam, and butter. The farm is very relaxing and nicely decorated. We felt very well-treated and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience tranquility, feel at home and interact with the friendly people of Quindio.

Sonia treated us like her own family. She answered our every question and arranged everything for us. Her traditional soup cooked with garden fresh ingredients was so tasty. We also played with her birds. It was a wonderful stay.

Very homely and we were welcomed by the family. Loved the dogs as well!

The breakfast was terrific, and the bed was very comfortable. They provide excellent service and tips on getting around. This is the typical country house of the region, and it is fantastic for eating fresh food and recently harvested fruits.

I would say better internet and more air flow in the bathroom since there were no windows
