The daily cleanliness need to be improved and checked. We had asked for a few things but it was delayed. The hotel can message me and I can show them pictures. We arrived after 9pm there was no bell boy to help us with our bags we were extremely tired upon our arrival too

The property was near the malls that I loved ! Security was great Loved the staff at breakfast especially Christian who made us fill at home. Food and morning staff at breakfast was the best !❤️

A super upscale and modern place, with very nice rooms. We had a washer, dryer, full kitchen, dining area, and living room, and two bathrooms.

When I first came to the property I was unable to use the card method that I used to book this place which was an inconvenience. I also wanted to be on a higher floor which I was told there was none available.

The staff were dinner/lunch/breakfast being served was so helpful and nice. They always tried to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted.

The Staff was super nice and kind, except for one of the reception staff. At check- in several mistakes were made on our forms and as I tried to rectify them (different nationalities, wrong ID numbers..) the staff member was not very friendly. I also had requested by email and then in person that the sofa bed be made as we were arriving late, and it wasn’t ready. We also had less towels than the number of people in our family and in spite of asking twice, we never got a fifth towel during our two-day stay.

- exceptional location in the middle of Poblado, 3 min walk to El Tesoro (mall), and 30 min away from airport (through tunnel). - great facilities (extremely clean and organized). The suite felt like an apartment, perfect for a family of five. It had a huge balcony which conveniently remained locked as we have small children, and a beautiful view from all sides. The walking closets, 2&1/2 bath and kitchen were convenient. The rooms had air-conditioning (although it was too cold to use it). - key cards to go up elevator (great for safety if you have kids) - delicious breakfast and exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful - parking available for rental car

My only complaints are 1. that I did not have a key or independent use of the balcony sliding door. To open the door, I had to call the front desk and request to have someone unlock the door whenever I wanted to access the balcony and to lock the door whenever I left the room. 2. the hotel did not have shuttle services on site.

1. The location. The hotel was in proximity to all of the major attractions. 2. The views were incredible. 3. Helpful and friendly staff. 4. The room was incredible. It exceeded my expectations. 5. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant items were good. 6. Safety. As a solo traveler, I always felt safe.

The property is very clean and in a nice neighborhood close to Tesoro Mall. I booked a two bedroom unit and feels like home because it’s very spacious.

Nothing to report about the hotel. The only issue was the steep hill walking back to the hotel from the mall, but taxis were ready available at the mall when necessary. Otherwise all was up to par.

Breakfast was great. Service from the staff was exceptional. Well located close to the El Tesoro Mall and many restaurants.

The only comment would be nota all hot items on the buffet were hot. For example the eggs, omelet and trimmings were actually cold before you reach your table.

Breakfast was good. You could order from the kitchen or serve from the buffet. Quality and variety of the buffet is good. The di ing area is clean and inviting. Our servers were excellent and very accommodating.

The building is beautiful, well decorated and designed. Modern and classy. Also wheelchair accessible to All areas . Rooms, bathrooms, walk-in closets , living , dining rooms very spacious and confortable as well as the balcony.
