Location was great and very close to airport. Transportation was provided from and to airport. Small mall at walking distance with multiple restaurants and food options. Also, we booked a tour to Salento and we were picked up from hotel. The staff Alejandra, Jairo and Marien were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was superb. The place was so peaceful and beautiful. Wish we could have stayed there for few more days.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel! The architecture of the place is absolutely beautiful — every corner is thoughtfully designed and full of character. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. What really made the difference was the staff: they went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Everything was perfect! Wonderful hospitality, beautiful accomodations, excellent breakfast, well located close to plenty of food options including a grocery store. The suite with the balcony is a pure dream and a bird watchers paradise. Maybe my favorite place I've ever stayed.

Hotel Chalet El Castillo by Majuva is absolutely beautiful! Rooms are clean, comfortable and hot shower plus air-conditioned. Staff very friendly, great customer service by Marien, Alessandro and the man (forget his name). Staff walked me 5 min walk last night to a restaurant, very safe area but they wanted to make sure I crossed the traffic safe and to show me where the restaurant was. The grounds are beautifully kept with a pool and hot tub. Breakfast is included in the price, delicious! I stayed here solo, perfect for families, couples, solo etc.. it is a great location 5 mins from Armenia airport. Wonderful place.

We loved our stay here! The room was perfect and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was amazing. The staff were really lovely and made us feel so welcome. The pool was great too. The property was very comfortable, in a great location and with great taste. On top of that we felt home, the staff was very helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed during our stay, including recommendations for plans around our interests (biking, running and adventure).

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Also, I don't know much Spanish and while it's to be expected, it is important to note that the hosts do not seem to know any English. I was able to use my phone to translate when needed so no major issues however. Additionally while it was nice to be close to the airport, be aware that the planes, while infrequent, are loud. Also in my room the wifi did not work in the bathroom, although this is an extremely small inconvenience.

The house was beautiful and quaint. Very charming, clean, and cozy. The hosts were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. All of the meals were ready at times I had arranged and the food was fresh. They also did some laundry for me, the air conditioner helped me stay comfortable, and wifi worked pretty well. Also I was always able to be let inside easily even when I was out late for a wedding reception. Overall this is a great option for a nice cozy simple stay. It feels like an intimate visit with family. It was also located close to the airport and La Herencia where I attended a wedding so that was as convenient.

The host, Victoria, was very kind and welcoming. The whole place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and spacious! The grounds were lovely and the building was maybe colonial style. Food was great too! Everything was perfect.
