The location was perfect because it is close to the city and kind of to the highway. It’s really clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is really kind.

The jacuzzi didn’t work

The location was ideal because it is far away from the urban center. The breakfast options are very good. The attention was also good. They helped us with some special requirements that we needed.

Good breakfast. Complimentary coffee. Hot showers. Plenty of light in the room Lovely gardens and pool was excellent. There were lots of different birds we enjoyed seeing. Staff were kind and helpful

There is no food nearby, be prepared. You can still call for food delivery, but there is not a lot of options. Of course, this comment is not accurate if you do have a car. Taxi will take 25000cop to the airport, and it's the minimum fare.

The rooms were really simple and not very pretty

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. If you want an ecological experience this is great, is a beautiful artesian house with a nice pool.

Secure zone for parking but cars couldn't be protected by sun or rain. Room needs a bit of maintenance. Watch out for spiders, we had to put a blanket under the door to avoid they enter to the room. Mosquitos and lizards everywhere but it is normal in this kind of locations.

Staff pretty helpful, basic breakfast but it's good. Hotel located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. My family and I could take a pleasant stay. Price according to the service and facilities.

It's far from the city, room not spacious, it was raining a lot so the weather was so humid. Not much space for opening windows to circulate the air because lots of mosquitoes at night..

Middle of nature, pool area are very good, staff are welcoming and breakfast not spectacular, but really good, having to choose from some options of the day.

It is perfect for relaxing, but the only thing i found is the place is too small that doesn’t have a trail path.

Limited breakfast options. Wi-fi doesn't work. Pool chairs are all broken, pool towels are small and if you come late they don't have any. Jacuzzi and Sauna never worked. Bathrooms have no good light. Bathroom towels are poor quality and small. One night I showered with cold water. Windows have no blackouts. Sun light at 6 am will kill you. We stayed at room 31. No screens on windows. No refrigerator inside rooms, no microwave in the rooms, nor in lobby area. TV never worked.

I liked the geographic area. Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. The hotel has all the potential to be Wonderful. It needs a lot of TLC. Heriberto, Juan Pablo and Valentina are really nice.
