Perfect location and very comfortable and relaxed. Having a balcony was great. I spent two weeks here when I first arrived in Colombia and booked to stay again for my last two nights.

Sound proofing wasn't great...

The location was perfect very central, I felt safe and there are many good restaurants at the street. All the staff were very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Shower was good, good aircon, the facilities were great overall, very clean, the tv works well. Overall very good place, I absolutely recommend!!!

The hard plastic pillow covers. Hopefully over time they’ll all be replaced with the soft ones.

Great location and staff with comfortable facilities and good breakfast. The balcony was a great place to retreat to and people (and squirrel and bird) watch after a day out and about. So good I’ve already booked to come back.

Taxi from airport has to be paid in cash (or card with an additional 7% fee) as its not actually part of the hotel, it is more expensive than an uber for no benefits, took 40 minutes of waiting to pickup on arrival.

Great location, bed was very comfortable, AC worked like a dream, WiFi was fast, room wasn't cleaned for the first 3 days and then cleaned everyday after that oddly. Great breakfast.

This an Awesome place to stay. Its a busy area if you like that. It is near stores and restaurants, and in the heart of the popular neighborhood of El Pobalo. My one-bedroom type room was outstanding. Kitchen area nice and well equipped. Outside sitting area included with my private room. The breakfast was super good, it cook to order and served to you on an upper floor out side but covered. I really enjoy this place and would stay here every time I come.

Now days everyone says they have a TV with Netflix. Very few actually have it activated with an account, ready to party. CoLink-does. Location is good, not just for tourists but also those that simply need to attend appointments in the city.

Upon check-in, you're given wristbands that you have to wear during your entire stay (to avoid unwanted guests). While I understand the reason, the wristbands are bright orange with the hotel name on them, so if someone on the street takes interest in you, they’ll know exactly where you’re staying. Some of the pillows had a plastic cover underneath, which made a loud crinkling sound and made it hard to sleep on them. There was very loud music playing from the restaurant next door until late at night, and we were also woken up at 7:30 AM by more loud music from the same place. Not sure if this is just on weekends or every day, but I’d avoid rooms on the right side of the building if you're looking for a good night’s sleep. Check the snack and drinks list as soon as you arrive – if anything is missing because it wasn’t restocked after the previous guests, they might still charge you for it at checkout.

We got a spacious room with a balcony and a street view. Shampoo and soap were provided in the bathroom. Very clean and quiet place. There’s a kettle available both in the room and at reception, along with coffee and sugar. The room has a nice style. The neighborhood feels safe, great location

Place was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised with a birthday cake which I thought was very sweet!!!!! I will definitely go back. CoLink is walking distance from many different restaurants. MY stay was absolutely amazing.

The bathroom sink sprayed water on the counter when turned on. Also, a warning about El Poblado in general is that it's situated on a steep hill (with the subway station being downhill), so if you have trouble walking, I recommend staying in a different part of the city.

This is a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel located strategically in El Poblado, but not near the busy, noisy bar and club area that's farther uphill. I had a spacious room as well as delicious and varied breakfasts. The hotel seemed very secure (I found the main entrance almost always locked) and ATMs as well as a grocery store are located about a five-minute walk away. The main street of El Poblado (Calle 10) is also a short walk away.

The staff is very nice, funny and available. They also let me hang around after my check out and allowed me to keep my luggage until late, as I was waiting for my bus to Salento. Very nice environment!

The staff was super nice with us and always helpful. The place is well located and not far away from the nearest metro station. The room was comfy and the breakfast is nice. It is also a nice place to meet new people.

The only improvement I could suggest is for breakfasts to be buffet-style instead of à la carte, as with several days of stay, the breakfast can become quite repetitive. Limited options.

It was a bit noisy in the evenings because of the bars nearby but it seem to stop later on. There were no windows in the rooms so it felt a bit stuffy.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. French toast loaded with fresh fruit was my favorite. Staff was very friendly, and location was excellent. Many good restaurants nearby including a fantastic French restaurant next door. Each room is named after famous philanthropists with a quote from them. Really neat!

A pity that the laundry service in the hotel is available only if we take our clothes to the laundry staff between 8 am and 4pm. We were out early & returned after 4pm, and we were not allowed to put our laundry for wash at the front desk. We picked this hotel because of in-hotel laundry but could not use the service.

Modern room with Netflix TV & best shower. The daily housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. There was a rotation of staff at the 24-h check in counter. The young lady that helped us check in on 19 November was very helpful & patient. She also got us a reliable airport transport in the wee hours of 21 November. The airport transfer was a good sized car and the driver came early to wait for us. The hotel is surrounded with many restaurants & cafes, so it was very easy to get a meal. We had a Guatape tour and were able to walk to the meeting point at Poblado park with 15 min slow walk from the hotel.
