That it is so close to all night places could be a challenge for people that have difficulty to consolidate sleep and are not interested in Medellin’s nightlife, all rooms have earplugs available, so that is nice though.

Two small things: I would have preferred stronger water pressure in the shower, and it’s worth being very clear on the details of tours booked through partner providers to avoid any surprises. That said, the hotel was proactive and transparent, and the city noise was minimal compared to the convenience of the location.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations for customer service — something I haven’t experienced at this level anywhere else in Colombia. The team (especially Alejandro, Mateo, and Catalina) went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, addressing questions and needs as they came up with professionalism, strong English, and genuine care. The facilities are modern and comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the location made it an easy home base with everything nearby. I even extended my stay because it felt so dependable and welcoming.

The room was a bit expensive, especially as breakfast was not included in my price. As warned, the room is a bit noisy. I am a relatively good sleeper, but did find myself awake at 2am listening to Rhianna! The hotel provides ear plugs, but I am not a fan of sleeping with ear plugs. For friends or even some couples, the lack of privacy in the shower could be an issue.

The room was beautiful - exactly as it appeared on booking.com. L'Occitane toiletries were a perk. Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Though it is on a pedestrian street, it is very easy to walk (including with heavy luggage!) to the accessible street area to catch an uber. The view from the roof is pretty. While I didn't use the small pool, it looked relaxing to soak and take in the view.

Absolutely stunning, luxurious hotel in a very popular and buzzing area of Medellín. Staff very helpful and attentive. Rooms very comfortable and extremely clean. Top of the range toiletries provided and Nespresso coffee and bottled water in the room. The rooftop terrace has stunning views and a fantastic jacuzzi. The room also came with a 20% off voucher for the spa, which I made the most of as well. The hotel also let me store my baggage after my check-out on my last day as I had a late flight.

It is located in an area where there is a lot of bars and restaurants. At nights it can get a bit loud but the staff warns about it and the have ear pulgs just in case.

Shower is an in-room cubicle with see through glass walls on two sides. Not private if travelling with friends.

The property was located on a very busy street and the music was exceptionally loud in the room. The hotel did worn this and provides good quality earplugs but even still depending on the type of state you’re looking for think carefully about this hotel due to that fact everything else is good. The second point which is only minor is that the hotel room lacked storage for two travellers the rooms feel very tight on space

Our room was a little bit to small for a couple who is traveling 3 weeks around Colombia. We almost didn’t have space to open two 23kg suitcases. But well, you have the option to book a bigger room but the price is a bit high in my opinion. The location is really not cool. You can read everywhere that Poblado is the more cool neighborhood in Medellin but the street above is crowed with prostitution and at night is a little bit scary. The street of the hotel is little bit less crowed but at night you will hear a lot of noise from the discos and bars.

The rooms are exactly what you see in photos, super well decorated and very clean. Around the hotel you will find some of the bests restaurants where we had dinner in Colombia and just at the entrance of the hotel, you have an amazing coffee shop to take breakfast or brunch. Everything very well decorated and with an international vibe.

Friday and Saturday evenings can be quite loud. If you are someone who is a light sleeper I would not recommend staying here (unless you bring noise cancelling headphones).

The rooms were always clean. We even left out food once and the cleaning service messaged us about keeping it or not. Their faculty is very informative and friendly! The rooftop and spa were our favorite part about staying here.

The hotel is located in a very nice, safe area, full of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. While it does get quite loud in the evening, the hotel is doing what they can to minimise impact (providing earplugs and white noise machines in the rooms). The room was spacious and modern, and the staff were very accommodating to all our requests. They helped us organise our visit to Guatape and also contacted our restaurant as we were running late for a reservation.

The staff is the best! I’m a very particular and demanding guest but they always promptly and courteously attended to any of my requests, including flexible cleaning schedule and a late checkout. Housekeeping is quick and fantastic. The room is cozy and comfortable. I really enjoy the balconies with the bean chairs. Room service from Azul Selva is amazing. Rooftop views and bar are delightful. I could really go on….
