We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful place with 2 awesome parrots. The staff was very helpful - we had no issues checking-in late (due to delayed flight). We also got our laundry done here!

United StatesThe hotel is on the edge of the small town. While not far from the main square, it requires climbing a rather steep hill.
The staff was very helpful, including preparing us breakfast before the usual start time to accommodate an early departure. Our room looked out over a nature reserve with a variety of birds who awakened us pleasantly. We also liked the two parrots kept in the lobby.

ThailandThe room was clean, but just a simple room with bed and toilet. For the price point it is a good value. As for the location, it’s at the bottom of the hill so every time you want to walk to the centre that’s a 10-15 mins walking up hill. Having say that the walk is not that difficult. Overall, for the price you are paying it is a decent and nice place. Simply good for resting.

SpainLocation is not good. Barichara is a really small town but the hotel is placen below a long hill, in a street that does not even have the typical stones. One of the rooms we rented did not have natural light at all so we mentioned it out loud to the receptionist in case they had another room. They did not so we said we would like to see other hotels but we would confirm before 18h if we were to stay in the hotel. The cancel policy actually was until 18h. As we mentioned that to the receptionist, the owner was around and did not like our comment. Since we were only going to stay for a single night, we finally decided to stay in this hotel. Complying with what we had mentioned, we wrote to the hotel before 18h to confirm our staying. SURPRISE: they had already cancel the reservation and rented it to someone else claiming we had rejected the rooms. No respect for cancel policies at all.
