Bed mattress was a bit too soft to what I am used to, but it was ok.

The hotel is conveniently located. Either if you are interested in attending a convention at Corferias (1 block away) or visiting other parts of the city.

The key in codes take time to get used to.. and a lot of camera and security and lights , considering it's bogota it's safe. But first it felt a bit too much security, then got used to it.. safe place.

Everything was perfect , Leydi was very nice allowed me late check out too.

Bleeping coded locks from other guests doors was quite loud in the night

Fresh towels and toiletries provided. Super secure with coded locks on the gates and doors. Friendly staff who catered to our needs of needing to check out super early and provided us with a packed breakfast

The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Plenty of good restaurants around, barber just next door (we needed haircut):D. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient (language barrier). Breakfast was filling and very nice. Beautiful shower with good pressure and hot water. I would definitely come back.

The automatic hallway light would turn on in the middle of the night sometimes and wake us up. I think a curtain on the door to block the light would be a big improvement. The restaurant across the street was also quite loud one night, so bring ear plugs just in case, otherwise the neighborhood was very quiet.

Very nice place with a helpful staff relatively central in Bogotá. The room was very comfortable and big and the breakfasts were good. It was also nice having access to coffee and water when we needed it.

It was very dificult to find parking at night. The sofa bed are quite hard. It might need a cushion mattress to make them better.

The location is close to the US embassy. The rooms are clean and with digital locks was super easy for the family. The breakfast was complete and the staff was very nice and super helpful. It also has small áreas for play and work.

Such a friendly place! Amazing breakfast, clean / nice / modern room and free luggage storage. Showers are amazing, hot and good pressure. We stayed here the first and last nights of our trip and it really felt like coming home.

Hair (that wasn’t mine) on the floor and rugs like the room wasn’t throughly cleaned. The bathroom rug had hair, appeared dirty and was wet. Easily remedied.

Good location, comfortable room, great staff, the breakfast was good and just enough. The shower was hot and the water pressure was amazing!

No hot water the first night but the staff was very attentive and responsive and it was fixed by the following night.

Great location if you need to be near Corferias. Very attentive and kind service. As a single woman I felt very safe in the neighborhood and at the property. The snack filled vending machines in the lobby and availability of drinking water and tea were also really nice touches.
