Best showers I've ever had. Good breakfast each day. Friendly staff. The middle of Calle 14, every store and restaurant at your fingertips. Between two parks, so you can walk to either and see the locals live life.

There’s tons of homeless people outside of the hotel. They keep the hotel entry locked all the time and you have to ring the bell to get let in

I didn’t like having no independent access to the exterior of the building and always felt bad when I had to ring the bell for the front desk ladies to let me in or let me out.

The hotel is right smack in the commercial district just a few blocks from Parque Bolivar so it’s central if you want to do some shopping. However, I would not call it a “nice“ area. One thing I really liked about the area was so many interesting herbal and health stores. Fascinating like nothing I’ve seen in the United States.

We did not know that the reception was on the 2nd floor and the room on the 3rd which was an inconvenience with heavy luggage. There is no elevator.

The location is awesome, located on the main street where there is always a store to visit or a place to eat. It is also in a walkable distance to places of interest like Parque de la Vida. Breakfast was good, the hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable.

The only complaint was the shower door that wasn’t aligned so it would keep bumping into us when we’d go in the bathroom but nothing a towel in between the door couldn’t solve!

We booked here because of the walking distance to the tattoo studio we were getting tattooed at, and everything was amazing! This staff deserves everything they want and more. So accommodating and welcoming. You can tell they put customer service and safety above all which we greatly appreciated

- you have to hand in your keys each time you leave the hotel. So you walk around without keys and you just name the room number when you enter without showing ID. - the entry door is locked. it’s possible you stay a few minutes in front of the door on the street which might be dangerous. - aircon is weak

The only drawback was the room location. The window was facing the busy pedestrian walkway/Avenue. Since there was no air-conditioning, the window had to remain open. Music from the restaurant on the corner and conversations continued throughout Thursday night/early morning. If I stayed any longer, I would have requested a room in a different location.

The room was clean. Location is right in the center of shops and close to the city courtyard. Staff was super friendly. The complimentary breakfast came with fresh fruit, coffee, juice, eggs, cheese, and an arepa. Good value.
