Talking about and old building they have conserve his esence of the neighborhood but they need to renew the rooms, beds,a/c, tv and bathrooms.

Nice Ubication, quality food (breakfast included), Yamili and Boris at the Bar and kitchen and Alex and Carolina at the reception makes a great staff.

Large spacious self contained room with seperate lounge which I wasn't expecting well priced. Very well located to restaurants. Relaxed friendly atmosphere and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The water in the shower took too long to get hot. One morning I I couldn’t get any hot water and took a cold shower.

No acoustic isolation in windows so you will hear every noise from the street.

If I had to pick something, I would say breakfast was very simple, but I still enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the design of the building as well as the rooms, which had a nice view off the balcony. It was very close to everything and was safe to walk around.

Lots of posters about prostitution were a bit disconcerting. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but otherwise very nice stay.

It felt very comfortable and the furniture was good quality. Staff were friendly.

This was not the fault of the hotel, but we had another guest get rooms mixed up and bang on our door for several minutes in the middle of the night because they thought they were locked out of their room. Once we called the front desk, the staff came immediately and identified the problem. The location of the hotel is also a bit far from the metro but we ended up taking Ubers and Taxis which were also very affordable.

Excellent breakfast every morning, this gave us the opportunity to taste a sample of local foods. The breakfasts were very delicious and always had high quality, fresh ingredients!

I didn’t like that there was no ramp to the main level of hotel. Otherwise everthing was good.

The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood. It was very walkable with parks and lots of options for eating and drinking nearby. However, this hotel is far from any Metro station, which was annoying. Uber is always an option, but traffic can be terrible if you leave this neighborhood and there may not be any available Ubers depending on your destination.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the fresh juice was exceptional. The air conditioning worked great in the bedroom, and the blackout curtain worked well to keep out light at night. You can hear some street noise from inside the room, but it wasn't terrible. I prefer a central location instead of a super quiet neighborhood. And in my experience, hearing some street noise is typical for most cities in Latin America.

Rooms at the back of the hotel are on a main route into Laureles and suffer from traffic noise which goes on all night. I think the road at the front of the hotel is quieter. I was ok with the aircon on and earplugs in!

Great location, all facilities and nice restaurants nearby. Staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. Very good facilities and services. A very friendly and welcoming place.

No soundproofing in rooms - even in a quiet neighborhood you can clearly hear every car drive by and people talking outside.

Loved the Laureles neighborhood - safe, quiet, residential. It’s not super close to the transport stations but taxis or Ubers are cheap and easy. Bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious. Breakfast was fabulous - with different items every day and plentiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
