No fans in the room. Limited choices for breakfast. Not the property's fault but it was hard to sleep because of the dogs barking during the night and the roosters. I would not recommend this hotel for a family of 5. I think it is better for couples or friends. Need a good cat to get there. Road is bumpy.

The property was very clean. There is a nice terrace where we could spend time during the day. Very close to good restaurants.

Advantage of having great view and quite relaxing place could be considered a disadvantage for not being on Salento centre. Depends on what are you looking for. For us was good choice

The property is a little hard to find but once you find it, it’s not that far from the main square. The driveway is pretty steep and a bit small. There is jacuzzis but you need to book it a day in advance in order to be able to use it, which isn’t bad but would have been good to know in advance. We actually had 2 rooms, the first room was small and the window faces the courtyard so it had no view. The walls in the first room could have done well with a bit of cleaning. But the main problem was that the shower stall didn’t drain well so after a shower the water stays, even overnight. There was also a bit of a leak so water comes out in front of the toilet. The water didn’t get too hot but it was still warm enough to shower in. The second bathroom had a wall cut out for ventilation but in the night I’d suggest not leaving the light on because can bugs come in. The walls between rooms are really thin so you hear the people in the room beside.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was breakfast included which was good, we started every morning with yummy fruits and a good meal. Overall the building is nice, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms had decent size beds. The first room had no view but the second room was a lot better. The second room was clean and comfortable, it also had a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountain which we loved. The bathroom in the second room was also clean and had a lot of space, the shower drained well and there was good water pressure. One night people in one of the rooms beside ours played music really loud which made sleeping really difficult (definitely not the hotels fault) but the staff did go to that room to address them and got them to turn down the music which was appreciated.

The first pictures are not really a representation of the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. Shower was cold most of the time, breakfast was very basic, bed kind of small and the party hostel behind the proporty has loud music every day until 11pm.

It was clean, just a 10 minute walk to the centre the wifi in the room was good. View on the mountains was beautiful.

It was quite loud in the hallways and from the hostel bar at the back, music did finish at 11pm, so no real complaints. Jacuzzi was additional, not clearly advertised prior to booking, it is misleading.

Location, difficult place to find. Unpaved and uneven road. Jacuzzi was empty/not working. The room is very small and was right on top of the restaurant area, therefore was too noisy from the indoor activities and noisy from the neighbours’ hotels.
