Bathroom very small, old installations and pictures not realistic

It was just like 15/20 minutes walk from the airport if you don't mind walking when is not too hot. The staff was amazing and they helped us booking taxis and boogies for the day. They also have more tourist services like scuba diving I think. The structure of the building was really cool and the indoors area with the pool looked amazing although we didn't use it as we spent the day at the beach.

Great hotel with a lovely pool area to relax at the end of a hot day. The aircon was amazing and the bed really big and comfortable! The hosts helped us to arrange buggy hire and were very friendly.

The pool was great and the staff were accommodating. They had an issue with the AC in our room that they identified before we checked in, and they checked us into a full apt unit across the street instead.

Very appealing design,but felt like they could take it to a higher level with some TLC and maintenance. Need to be an animal lover since they have several pets at the property. May be a negative aspect for some.

I liked the quiet location of the property and relaxing vibe with the pool and lounge area. Good value and included breakfast. Walking distance to beach and shopping, yet away from the crowds.

Except for the cleaning lady the stuff was very nice. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. A few dogs and cats live at the hotel- that's why there was sometimes pee or poo on the ground in the restaurant and pool area. The hotel and the furniture in the room is old. However, they try to keep everything clean. They windows are black, so you don't have daylight

We had a room near the gate ( we were separated from the hotel itself) , and the dogs were barking a lot . ( room 11 ) . Ask for a room inside the hotel !

The food is basic and we had the cabin of the bathroom broken, also we didn’t have soap at the shower.

I have to said, the owner or this property is a amazing person, he really take care of my parents and solve my concerns in the best way, I do really recommend go to this hotel, was my present to my parents they are so happy to been there.

The staff miss some details like replacing the hygienic items and stuff. The WiFi doesn’t work very well in the room and the shower doesn’t work hot every time, u have to be patient about it. The breakfast could be so much better, is always the same menu and always need to replace, cause it’s 2 hours and there’s so many guests..

The location and the facilities. The staff call to taxi every moment u need and it’s very close to the center and the beach. I’m we had a upgrade in a room ( that was wonderful) but some things can get better

The shower trap seemed clogged because the water was getting stagnant, and there was also some trash under the bed.

The hotel was very pretty, they have made it out to look like a castle. They unfortunatly didn't have an early check in, but they let us store our luggage and use the pool till our check in time came. The pool was nice and clean and warm. My kids had a blast swimming the 2 days we stayed there. Breakfast was adequate and they have coffee available all day. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. They have hot water in the shower which is always a plus when you travel to small islands. They are VERY pet friendly and have several dogs and cats on site that roam the hotel at their leisure. My kids loved petting and playing with them. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and I would recommend them to others.

Our room felt like it was put together with furniture left over from other rooms and it had an old fridge that made lots of noise.

The location of as great, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and the pool areas was lovely.

The water smelled weird. Sort of like rotten algae. And the electricity plugs were not working properly so recharging batteries and mobiles was kind of tricky.

The property is well designed for tourism. Although I never used the pool and always had breakfast in different places around the island.

It was charming and quiet. It was approximately 100 meters from the water, but no beach.... Misleading.
