The only small glitch is that there was no hot water. I understand this is normal within the old city. Showers were not cold, they were tolerable.

Everything about this property is excellent; the rooms, staff, cleanliness. The breakfast is also excellent. The location is also great in that the area is not noisy and the staff is always there to greet you at the door and answer any question you might have. Our room had cold AC (really appreciated that). We went to a nearby beach and the staff arranged a basket and towels for us. It was the perfect stay for my wife and I.

I dont know where to start - what a fantastic place. The location, the building and the food were all fantastic. What really makes this place special though is the staff who made us feel special for our whole stay. We had part of our honeymoon there and they helped and made a magical time. Could not recommend this place more.

It took 15 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. That may have been because we were the only guest and on the 3rd floor, but given the price point that was rather inconvenient. Also the Internet went down for the last third of our stay. Not their fault, but some sort of compensation could have been offered.

Beyond the lovely facilities and perfect location (in the city centre but without the noise), attentive and professional staff, we particularly loved the breakfast setting that fosters conversation and allows you to meet new and interesting people. This led us to enjoy a marvellous day, visiting beaches on the hotel's boat Libelula (warm thanks to the captain and his assistant for a smooth ride) with fellow guests, ended by a tasty lunch and cocktails in Agua Baru.

The staff was cordial, professional and helpful. When our ac was acting oddly, they immediately responded and fixed it. The room was lovely and spacious., The breakfast was delicious .Every morning they asked "what would you like for breakfast " which was a bit odd without know the options. The location was excellent

Everything was fabulous! This is a real 5-star hotel. - Staff was amazing, nice, helpful. They pay attention to details, to what you eat and drink at breakfast - breakfast is delicious, fruits are amazing, pancakes, French toasts… the best breakfast ever. - rooms are spacious, quiet, clean. - beds are great, we slept so well - the decoration of the hotel is beautiful, it feels like home - location is perfect: in El Centro, close to everything I wish I could have stayed more

Everyone was SO friendly! You can order room service just by using Whatsapp. Everyone is so kind and your room gets cleaned multiple times a day. The breakfast is AMAZING. and truly the kindest staff.

I wish my room had a desk. I was working remotely for a few days and I had to go to the common areas to work. No biggie since there weren't any other guests at the pool, bar, lounge, etc. but it would have been nice.

Breakfast was made to order and the coffee was divine! I loved the fruit to start and the fresh juice. Watch out for the mosquitos though! They swarmed me as soon as I sat down. Put on your repellant first.

I love the boutique hotel, the breakfast, the staff were so nice and friendly. They made us feel so comfortable. Super attentive, very clean. Great location. This boutique hotel is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the old town of Cartagena. It is strategically positioned in a quiet but accessible part of the old town and is nearby to the center, restaurants and other points of interests. We loved everything about our stay here, the hotel staff were so lovely and always helpful. If you're thinking about booking this place, go for it! You won't be disappointed.
