Limited Amenities: As a small boutique hotel, it doesn’t offer extras like a pool or on-site restaurant. Room Size: Some might find the rooms a bit compact, though they were well-organized. Neighborhood Perception: Some may find the immediate area less polished, but I found locals to be friendly during the day. At night, I preferred taking Ubers for convenience and comfort.

Charming & Cozy Atmosphere: The boutique hotel has a quaint, intimate feel with tasteful decor. Impeccable Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. Friendly Staff: Theresa and her Husband were warm and helpful, and the housekeeper (with her pretty smile) kept everything tidy.

The price is good for Cartagena, the location is a bit out of the center, but taxis are plentiful. I would just say that I did have some bad experiences with taxis in Cartagena. So you might want to let the hotel book them for you.

The surroundings are not very nice but you can go to the inner city in around 15 mins by Uber/Taxi

Wi Fi was pretty weak. Would be great if they could offer breakfast or food but the owner explained that they stopped star the pandemic due to safety issues. Fair!

Lovely little hotel, incredibly clean, relaxed patio, very silent. Rooms are new and super clean with nice bathroom and shower. Neighbourhood is defo not a fancy one but it was absolutely safe to walk around in the day. Better taxi in the night, 10 mins from airport and 10 mins from city centre. I read in reviews that they would charge for AC on top of room price, that was not the case for us where it was included! Absolutely value for money., and lovely hosts. Thanks!

Hotel was not in a safe neighborhood. Restaurant was only 1 block from hotel, and I still felt uncomfortable walking with my wife and her elderly mother. They are Costa Rican, and almost everyone we met in Colombia that that my wife was Colombian. When we went to check out of hotel, I started to exit hotel when Uber was 2 blocks away. Staff said to wait until Uber was at hotel. That it wasn't safe outside. Unsafe for 2 bocks worth of driving???

Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly. Air conditioner (extra charge) worked well. Staff recommended a nearby restaurant. We ordered an entire chicken, a large platter of small potatoes cut into halves, 1.5 liter Pepsi, and a 1 liter water. Price was only $10.

The owners were very friendly. We had an air conditioner issue, but the owners immediately gave us a new room. They were very attentive and they gave us all the information we need for some tours.

isn’t the best area but we were aware of this before booking, we were able to walk to the shop nearby without issues and plenty of Ubers and taxis in the area.

the hosts were super helpful and tried to communicate with us as well as they could. the place is absolutely spotless, spacious room, comfortable bed, good working AC and Wi-Fi. there is also some drinks available to buy and lovely seating area. it’s great value for money and we would definitely stay again!

It is located in a neighborhood far from the city center. It is not nice to walk there, you would have to take a taxi it is about 3 US dollars.

The biggest drawback was the location of the hotel, which was not only quite far from the center (Getsamani + Old Town), but the area felt pretty sketchy. I definitely wouldn't walk around there at night. The wifi did not work well in the room. Lastly, I would recommend to get showerheads for the showers, so it's not just water pouring out like a hose. But at least there was sufficient water pressure! Haha.

The hotel is quite nice. The AC is lovely. The hosts are very nice and helpful - I was assisted in getting to Playa Blanca, and they would call Uber or taxi for me. There is a nice open courtyard in the middle of the hotel, where the wifi is very good. The room was large and comfortable.
