I love the location it’s very close to the international airport El Dorado a short taxi journey to the the city centre and the Salitre bus terminal. Reception organise safe taxis if you ask them. Breakfast is of excellent variety with traditional Colombian fare as well as a continental breakfast variety and of course Colombian coffee. As a regular customer the staff got to know us and always deliver excellent service, equally to all other customers. Staff is attentive to customers at all times, very polite and professional service.

Amazing location, safe neighborhood with shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very modern and clean with a great view of the city. Some of the staff speak English too. 100% recommended.

The staff was very friendly. Loved their breakfast, natural juices and fresh fruits. The bartender made me feel at home... great drinks and good conversation. The lobby is so beautiful. All the art work is made from recycled materials and their restaurant is also awesome.

I was really disappointed to find out that pet friendly and airport shuttle were not included with the reservation as it was published by booking.com. As a matter of fact I was charged extra $60.00 pesos to keep my pet in the room per night and sadly airport shuttle services was NOT even offered by the hotel

Amazing decor at the lobby with recycle materials! as well as the restaurant decoration really nice! Beatles themed. Food was really good as well! Room was also clean and well kept not that small not that big. Hotel is located in a nice area with some other businesses near by. Felt safe.

The hotel rooms are for short stay vacation, as there is no room for luggage. If you are going on vacation for more days with your family there is not enough room to organize your clothes and other stuff. Also, in the rooms there are no glasses, tissues, ice jug/maker etc as other hotels. The breakfast was ok but very limited and when going after 9 there are not many things left.

Staff were very friendly, especially the coffee bar staff were very nice.

My room for the beginning not has phone I can't communicate with my family I need to go to their rooms. The air conditioner not work. All the time i need to tell to front desk and take to long to solve the problem.

The breakfast was good and the location excellent you can move to any place in Bogota.
