Mosquitos, high hills, new staff without training

The hotel and location is amazing but they have new staff without training or newies with not knowledge

The room is very uncomfortable because it takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach it from the reception, and every time you go from the room to the restaurant or to the reception you have to walk up a very steep slope, definitely not suitable for those who have difficulty moving. In addition, there is no privacy in the bathroom, as there is no door and it is directly connected to the bedroom.

The hotel is splendid and the room was beautiful. The staff is very kind, and staying at the hotel is a wonderful experience.

No complaints at all- this place is a dream.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It is hands-down my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. It's amazing!! The rooms are beautifully designed, the views are fantastic, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. They have their own hiking trail on the grounds- the first time I stayed I saw toucans and this trip I saw some other unique birds I'd never seen before. The spa is also great- the massage I had was the best I've had in Colombia in 3 years. Perfect place to unwind and relax.

Open bathroom with room - would have been good to know.

Incredible oasis in the middle of the rainforest. Our highlight for our entire trip - Exceptional food, magical room and beautiful pool overlooking the forest canopy. Really enjoyed all the activities - yoga & art. Brilliant team, a warm thank you to all the staff!!

Armenia is a rainy region so the room can get a bit damp but the hotel provides a dehumidifier to mitigate this which is the best that can be done. Shower could have been hotter in the room.

Amazing views and setting in the rainforest. The spa was gorgeous. Loved the jacuzzi and the treatments. The room felt like a treehouse nestled amongst the canopy. Loved seeing lots of different types of birds. Excellent excursions; hiking in Cocora Valley with Eduardo and horse riding with Alejandro.

Very small detail but over-attentive at meals, e.g taking away plates before the rest of the party is finished.

Gorgeous property and lovely clean rooms. Facilities were lovely. Food was good and well priced. Breakfast was filling. Staff especially Nico were wonderful.

This is just nitpicking, but check-in experience could have been better (for a hotel that this one aspires to be). We dropped our bags but immediately went sightseeing, so later when returning to the hotel, we didn’t get a proper explanation of the hotel offers or a welcome drink. We were just escirted to our room.

The hotel is in the middle of nature, amazing!!! Good breakfast, dinner and spa experience. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Felt very relaxing, I would happily go back.

If I had one criticism, it would be that the service at the bar/restaurant was a little slow. But everything else was perfect.

This hotel was wonderful. Really done well, modern and beautifully decorated and close to attractions in the Zona Cafetera. Peaceful and surrounded in nature. The accommodation was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The welcome drink is a nice touch so you can enjoy the environment around you. Had a relaxing break here.
