The hotel is really new, comfortable, clean and the staff is very friendly. Really good for family travel or work near Parques del Rio or EPM. I would only suggest speeding up breakfast which can take a bit too long (specially for work travel).

Only thing we would have preferred was different was the sofa/seating in the rooms and on the roof. Furniture was not very comfortable or inviting for hanging out. Would not stop us from returning however!

Breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were wonderful and helpful! We also loved the location next to the river walk and in a quieter part of town.

This place is awesome! Super family friendly and the staff is so nice and attentive.. A locals favorite to eat, work , drink or catch a yoga class. Beautiful rooftop too!

The location is great and the view from our room on the 7th floor is amazing. Too bad it was raining so we couldn't have a drink at the rooftop bar and enjoy it a bit. It is true that there is a lot of noise from the corridor, but the noise is due to rude guests, otherwise it would be fine. For breakfast, the choice is very limited, but the breakfast is good. The hotel has a certain vibe that makes you feel nice and welcome. The staff is very friendly.

The breakfast was great, but the breakfast concept was bad. Breakfast is a la carte (you can choose from 4 options), but when you have a trip at 7 or 7:15, then you don't have time to grab anything to eat. The wait for breakfast is over half an hour. I think they should consider offering a buffet breakfast, so that guests can take what and how much they want, and then have time to eat from 7 to 7:10 and go on an earlier trip.

I paid for a 35 sq meter "apartment" for the three of us but instead received a smaller room, maybe 22 sq. meters.

I wish there had been a heavier blanket on the bed. The bed has a sheet and a decorative runner and then you are provided a thin, but otherwise soft and fuzzy blanket. I prefer a blanket with a little more weight to it, but since Medellin is the city of eternal spring, I can also see how this makes sense. I also wasn't aware of the visitor policy, which I don't recall reading about prior to booking. I had some friends over simply to drop off a backpack before we embarked on evening plans and I got a text about being charged for visitors after a certain hour. I guess it makes sense and I did appreciate the warning before I got charged, but I felt like there could have been a sign posted as well.

Breakfast was delicious and very convenient. Also conveniently located (probably 10 min walk) to metro station. Also appreciated communication by property- I was immediately informed of any issues that arose (ex. got a text about water maintenance). Room is equipped with AC and a fan.

Noise does travel up the attrium into the room, so you can get disturbed early in the morning. Also, the bathroom lighting is poor by the mirror.

The location is excellent, the staff amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms were attractive and functional with beautiful (openable) windows overlooking the atrium garden. The breakfast was wonderfully diverse, tasty, and beautifully presented. It was awesome having a coffee shop as part of the facilities.

There was very heavy rain during my visit, and as a result there was some moisture on one of the walls in my room. The hotel shifted me to a new room, and it really wasn't a problem.

The hotel is in a really nice and safe residential area with lots of apartments nearby. It's a very short walk to the Plaza, so great for anyone attending an event there. The staff are very friendly, and the apartments/rooms themselves are very well equipped, with comfortable beds, smart TVs and kitchen equipment to be able to cater for yourself if you like. The cafe area in the lobby serves breakfast, and you can choose eggs or pancakes, with a side serving of fruit, a fresh orange juice and a coffee. It's a very relaxed place, and I'd definitely stay there again as I found it great value for money.

Our room was right above the coffee shop. Though they do not allow visitors after 10pm and no music after 9pm, the walls are thin so can hear people talking below. Also, the windows are not well insulated so can hear road noise and people talking on the streets but it’s in a relatively quiet area. The shower door didn’t close properly and was loose.

Rooms were cozy and clean. The hotel has a cute coffee shop below. It’s in a relatively quiet area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

The room was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recycling was encouraged, and there wwre no single use toiletries.
