How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Some things are a bit worn out. The changing rooms near the swimming pool could have a facelift. There was sewage smell in our bathroom during the last day.
It has everything available for a family vacation. Restaurant, catering, leisure and nearby touristic attractions

It's not a new facility, if that's what you're looking for, but that was not something that bothered me.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, particularly with my late night arrival. The included hot breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a huge outdoor recreational complex with numerous large pools for adults and kids, tennis and padel courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, etc. all included! The rooms look to have been recently modernized. Very clean. Plenty of electrical outlets around.

The place is outdated. Many of the playground swings and slides are old . The place is far from commercial activities. There isn't enough food options. No ATM.

You can here the noise of the people in the hallway and other rooms.
It has many things to do for the entire family. Some you pay extra but still the prices are fair.

The staff was extremely slow and apathetic in most interactions (check in and check out). Throughout most hours of the day, other guests and their children were running the halls and screaming. The staff said nothing to the families, and we had to complain to the other guests ourselves. The toilet in the bathroom could hardly flush (had to hold the button down and hard for about 20-30 seconds to get it to flush). The hotel is located within a sort of shopping/recreation area that is behind a gate. The people at the gate have to let you in each time, and you are expected to wait in line with every shopper just to park anywhere near the hotel. We stayed during the first few days of 2025 so there were celebrations immediately in front of the (small) hotel. These celebrations included a DJ screaming into a mic and fireworks until after 10pm. The whole area is only accessible via a highway with an extremely long median. If you want to go to the only pharmacy or restaurant in the area, you have to detour for about 5-7 minutes in the opposite direction to make a u-turn back to the pharmacy. This U-turn is necessary every time you return to the hotel from Armenia (or basically any touristy part of the coffee region)
The breakfast was pretty good, though the process of waiting in line at reception to get a breakfast voucher to then wait in another line in the cafeteria was not streamlined at all. The shower had ample hot water. The A/C worked perfectly.

Didn’t like many things, bed full of bed bugs, kid’s policies are not clear, my wife got a bracelet taken from our room, breakfast is included but is always eggs, nothing different. Don’t think would stay here again.

The room was the most disgusting and disturbing room I have stayed in and I have traveled a lot. Everything was dusty the sheets were dirty there were animals every where. Mosquitos, cockroaches, crickets inside the bathroom the kitchen. I couldn’t sleep and it was to late to leave and go somewhere else
That the property had entertainment on site.
