United KingdomI came back late at night and had to wait for 30 minutes at the front door, as the 24 hour person was not at the front desk and I kept rinnging the bell outside. It is also close to a night club which got quite loudat night.

United StatesIf I could give a zero star to this hotel, I would. Let's begin from the urgent request for payment before arriving at the hotel with a threat of reservation cancelation two days before arrival. I reached out to the hotel via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp for clarification, but I never got a response until the day of arrival, but they still insist on payment before arrival. I ensured them they would be paid upon check-in. Upon arrival, the check-in was smooth. Once in the room, it was a total disappointment as it was the opposite as advertised. The room was uninviting, unconformable ( it seems like they set a couple of beds and a chair in a room and called good enough),the Tv never worked, and the walls had stains all over. The bathroom lack of toiletry, and water barely came out of the shower. The hotel only provided a couple of small shower towels (no hand towels or wash cloths( for the 3 nights we stayed). We asked extra towels but never got them. As for the breakfast, it was another disappointment (sloopy scramble eggs, a piece of bread, and a cup of coffee or juice. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else after this kind of service. For the price we paid and the pictures posted by the hotel, they are below the expectations. We paid for a 4-star hotel, and we got a low-budget motel building and service. I couldn't cancel the reservation as they were going to charge me regardless. Since Barranquilla was celebrating its carnaval, the chances to find a different hotel were slim.

It was clean, air conditioner and wifi worked properly.
