The stay was really great. Just a few things we missed in the room. 1. a cabinet to put our clothes in (some rooms have this but ours unfortunately not). 2. a little safe for our valuables. 3. a small refrigerator. Just minor things bit this would make it even more perfect.

Location is perfect right next to the main square. Our roomsize was great and nice shower. Cleaned every day really good. Beds were super comfortable. The staff absolutely fabulous and so kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, with choice between eggs different ways and pancakes, enjoyed it every day. Free parking next to the hotel, the owner came to check on us every day to ask how we slept and how our stay was. Will definitely come back

It would be better to choose the room that is not by the street, could be noisy in the morning.

The staffs are really nice, very helpful and friendly!! The lady speaks fairly good English. The location is very good, closed to all the restaurants, main square and shops. The breakfast is very large portioned and really delicious! They also have laundry service, a life saver for long trips.. Would definitely revisit.

Nothing to complain about

This is the best hotel we stayed in over our 20 days trip in Colombia. It's a small family-run place where we felt at home. The location is perfect - steps away from Salento square. The breakfasts were so good that we couldn't believe they were included! The hostess and stuff were very attentive and acommodating - they agreed to store our luggage while we were hiking for 3 days, and prepared an early breakfast for us. And the view from our room was amazing. Highly recommend!

There are some rooms that overlook the restaurant and the road leading to the main square. Try not to book those ones as the noise seeps in from the street and the square. There is no way anyone will be able to get a restful sleep in those rooms as they only have wooden shutters.

The location is excellent with regard to proximity to the center of town. The staff, especially Gloria, were amazing. Gloria really went above and beyond to ensure I had a restful room / experience. The room was clean and had all the necessities needed. Breakfast was also good with some good options.
