I had a great stay at Armenia Hotel. The location is excellent—right on a main street, next to a great coffee shop and a large city park, which made exploring the area really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I especially loved the spectacular view of the mountains from my window. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

If you want to sleep after 6 am, make sure your room isn't facing the main street. It gets pretty noisy very early. The rooms could use blackout drapes. Finally, their checkin policies should be reviewed.

The staff was very nice and service oriented, and the hotel is well located, close to good restaurants and bars.

The spa facilities were all turned off, and the pool was freezing cold. The gym facilities were not comprehensive (no weights etc).

The room was quiet and in a nice area of Armenia. The breakfast was tasty (although a bit repetitive) and the staff were lovely. There was a woman named Maria in the lobby who you could book tours with and her husband spoke fluent English. Walk around the park next door which is lovely and a nice coffee shop over the road.

Spite of the bathroom was spacious, but it looked a little bit old and does not have air circulation; I think it needs some enhancements in that area, especially the shower room.

Our room was very comfortable, had air conditioning, and was spacious; excellent breakfast with a complete buffet. The best of this hotel was its location in a privileged neighbourhood in Armenia near the centre city; there are stores, coffee shops, and restaurants near the hotel.

The property used to be so beautiful, now the walls need to be painted, the jacuzzi Jets were dirty and the whole spa area was deteriorated. I was at this hotel a few years ago and it was in amazing condition, that’s why I decided to go back but I was very disappointed!

Lift worked in a weird way and would not stop in the right direction when called for. Shutters in the windows of the room did not work properly

basic facilities, no one of the staffs can speak english so if you can’t speak Spanish it can be challenging, even for checking in

old property in the middle of the city, the staffs are trying to provide their best service

Just an small thing...at the beginning it seemed like the staff saved the reservation with only part of my name and not my full name and we took some time to find out which names were under reservation. But nothing serious, at the end everything went well.

Location is perfect near coffee shop and beautiful green park. Rooms very fancy and clean, I liked it a lot. Pool always available and other social areas were also available. Restaurant also good, amazing buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly. You can take a taxy or bus just in front of the hotel. It's a safe area.
