I liked that there was someone available 24/7 to open the door for me. I did a late check-in at 22:00, and the room was elementary, but at least it had a private bathroom. The people at the counter were gentle and recommended places to eat.

Everything seems old; the view from the window wasn't great. I want a table to eat at. I arrived late and got something to eat in my room, but there wasn't any table, so I had to eat on the bed.

Central location. Not the best area in the city but fine for 1 night

It's a bit noisy at night, with a lot of homeless people around, and it has a somewhat doggy feel, but we didn't have any problems. I wouldn't walk alone around the area at night. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable.

Great helpful staff, quiet, great location, very clean rooms.

The fridges aren't cold

We stayed for one night during our trip from the Tatacoa Desert to the Cocora Valley. It was important for us to spend the night in a safe area. Our bus was delayed by 2 hours, and we arrived at 1:30 AM. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get into the hotel, but the administrator answered the phone immediately and waited for us. He was also available on WhatsApp, which we really appreciated — excellent service! The hotel is located right in the city center. At night, the streets were empty but felt safe. In the morning, the neighborhood came alive — a lovely, vibrant area with great cafés for breakfast and close to Bolívar Square. The room had everything we needed. The shower had very hot water available right away, without waiting. Everything was clean, and there was furniture to store our things.

We saw two cockroaches, one in the room and one in the bathroom. The window was covered with something, so there was very little natural light and no view.

It's very budget and dated. I'd only stay one night passing through. Noise proofing could be better although, we never woke up in the night. Very basic.

The attention of the stuff with the accomodation.

The room was not the expected, we had to claim for a change. Luckily, the stuff was pretty collaborative and helped us a lot.

Good, clean hotel in the centre of Armenia. In a safe location, close to restaurants and cafes. 20 minute walk from the bus terminal. Very good for the price.

The room was very warm. There were a couple of stains on the bed sheet, but everything else was clean.

On the walking street downtown, comfy bed WiFi ok , great friendly helpful staff , I will return . Truly 24hour reception I go out late night had no issues to get back inside the hotel ( this is a problem many hotels have staff sleep at night and do not answer the door promptly)

Electric sockets need to be replaced in the rooms loose connection to recharge electronics ( talked to other guests it was also their main criticism)
