Everything seems old; the view from the window wasn't great. I want a table to eat at. I arrived late and got something to eat in my room, but there wasn't any table, so I had to eat on the bed.

I liked that there was someone available 24/7 to open the door for me. I did a late check-in at 22:00, and the room was elementary, but at least it had a private bathroom. The people at the counter were gentle and recommended places to eat.

It's a bit noisy at night, with a lot of homeless people around, and it has a somewhat doggy feel, but we didn't have any problems. I wouldn't walk alone around the area at night. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable.

We saw two cockroaches, one in the room and one in the bathroom. The window was covered with something, so there was very little natural light and no view.

We stayed for one night during our trip from the Tatacoa Desert to the Cocora Valley. It was important for us to spend the night in a safe area. Our bus was delayed by 2 hours, and we arrived at 1:30 AM. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get into the hotel, but the administrator answered the phone immediately and waited for us. He was also available on WhatsApp, which we really appreciated — excellent service! The hotel is located right in the city center. At night, the streets were empty but felt safe. In the morning, the neighborhood came alive — a lovely, vibrant area with great cafés for breakfast and close to Bolívar Square. The room had everything we needed. The shower had very hot water available right away, without waiting. Everything was clean, and there was furniture to store our things.

Good, clean hotel in the centre of Armenia. In a safe location, close to restaurants and cafes. 20 minute walk from the bus terminal. Very good for the price.

Electric sockets need to be replaced in the rooms loose connection to recharge electronics ( talked to other guests it was also their main criticism)

On the walking street downtown, comfy bed WiFi ok , great friendly helpful staff , I will return . Truly 24hour reception I go out late night had no issues to get back inside the hotel ( this is a problem many hotels have staff sleep at night and do not answer the door promptly)

Bed was not very comfortable and not big enough for 2( we asked for a double). Also, sound proofing is not the best so you can hear people talking and even when the phone rings. But, regardless, I recommend this hotel as a good option.

The location was very good right in the center of town. It is a bit off the main road so you need to walk a few steps to reach the door which is not very prominent. The shower was very good with hot water and good pressure. The staff is very friendly and polite and especially the owner. It is very good value for a short stay in Armenia.

I recently stayed at Armenia Centro in Armenia and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and big, providing ample space to relax and work comfortably. The WiFi was excellent, allowing me to work without any interruptions. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The highlight of my visit was the amazing staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and ensuring all my needs were met. Their excellent service truly enhanced my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Armenia Centro and would definitely stay here again.
