The coffee served with breakfast. I honestly expected a decent “tinto”, but it was just black tinted water with a strong stale flavor. Not even sugar could mask the staleness of this coffee…

Located in Chapinero downtown, this hotel offers a strategical location for travelers. Around the block you can find restaurants, convenient stores, and places to go shopping. The room was spacious, and it has a small kitchen which is extremely convenient. The porch-like place was cool, but due to Bogotá’s weather, I couldn’t enjoy it. Please note that this hotel doesn’t have elevator; rooms are located from the 2nd floor up.

Fairly simple hotel/apartment in a convenient part of Bogota with plenty of nearby amenities. Friendly & helpful staff, clean & comfortable room, adequate breakfast delivered to the room. Ideal for a short budget stay.

Comfortable bed and nice staff. The only disappointing thing was the location and the soundproof. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and outside, so having a light sleep we would wake up quite often and forced to have early mornings. The locations looks a bit sketchy, so we wouldn’t really around the hotel.

The room facing towards the street is quite noisy due to the street activity but we had no big issue with it.

I liked very much the idea of room service for breakfast, which was delicious! The room was spacious and clean. I felt safe around the location, with mini shops and small restaurants.

We actually moved out because of issues with wifi. I don’t know the rest of the rooms but wifi in our room was the worst I have had in my month long travel in Colombia. I was told others haven’t complained so maybe it was just our room.

As they have no dining room, they bring the breakfast up to your room. Each room also has a small kitchen with its own fridge. Located in El Chapinero where there are a lot of restaurants close by.

Bathroom could've been better. My shower stall was meh and the toilet bowl had some screws that needed tightening.

Reception staff and cleaning lady were all super nice. I forgot my room card once and the cleaning lady helped me immediately. Free breakfast is black coffee/hot chocolate + scrambled eggs + juice + bread/croissant, delivered to your room :) Location is great, lots of breakfast places and convenience stores nearby.

The bathroom (needs to be refurbished), the breakfast (there is no variety) and lack of rules regarding noisy guests. There was a group who seemed to be partying for two nights in a row. I complained to the receptionist but nothing was done about that. She did not even apologize!

I was expecting something different from the pictures in the booking, nevertheless the stay was very comfortable and clean.

The door lock was not working properly… but the staff was helpful and took the job to open the door anytime we needed even being in the third floor without elevator.

The location is good. It was close to many places I needed to go to.
