Very clean, everything worked very well, cold air conditioner, cold fridge, good shower, excellent television and WiFi. Location in the center, close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars. Very friendly and warm host. Muchas gracias.

Only issue is that on weekends, the sound from parties outside is a little noisy if you are trying to sleep - but not impossible if all windows/doors are closed and you have ear plugs.

Very spacious, excellent value for money, excellent service and kind host who accepted alterations, excellent location, generous breakfast. All round very good!

Surroundings get loudy at night. Also building doesn't have proper sound insulation.

the lady was very rude when we had problems paying by card was about to give them 1 in rating because she was so annoying and disrespectful but her husband (I think) was the complete opposite. very kind and helpful, kind, and a great host helping with every small inconvenience or problem we had.

We didn’t mind it but if you don’t like noise at night, you may want to consider somewhere else. We arrived on a Sunday night and bars below were still partying until about 1-2 in morning. We didn’t mind it but others may or family May do. Something to consider.

A nice studio apartment with everything you needed. Laurels is a trendy neighbourhood with lots going on, which was a real buzz for the senses. The apartment is close to shops, bars, restaurants and the metro, which allows you to access a lot of Medellin. Jorge was a lovely host, making us feel welcome and being helpful.

Down stairs there is a store and it can be a little noisy. Other than that its, for us very good.

The apartment is very nice. The location couldn't be better. With an Exito supermarket right around the corner and eating places.the staff was very polite and helpful. This is not a 5 star hotel if you like luxury but if you are ok with a nice place to sleep for a very reasonable price we would recommend it all the way. It's an apartment with fridge, microwave etc.

Great location, good breakfast and a flat with everything we needed during our stay. The best attribute was our landlord who was extremely welcoming and caring and helped with everything we needed. For example, he allowed us to check out many hours later as we were travelling elsewhere later in the evening. This was extremely helpful.

Amazing stay at the apartment. The owner welcomed us and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Clean and comfy with AC. Very convenient location. Breakfast included. Grocery store very close, subway stop, restaurants and bars… loved it!

We booked for two weeks which appeared to be a mistake on our end. We left after the 2nd day. We found the appartment to small, very noisy and not comfortable due to the lack of any windows and a really strange smell inside that we could not get rid off. Because of the small size and the noise in the evenings outside and on the stairs of the building it is not a 'quiet' place. But perhaps this is normal for a weekend? The warm water in the shower was not stable it went from cold to burning hot and back and forth. Also the place could really use a touchup, we found it outdated and not worth the price/comfort ratio.

The host was nice and responsive and offered us another place to stay after we notified him that the place was not to our liking. I do appriciate the offer, however we did not take his solution at that time. The location of the appartment itself was really good in Laureles.
