Cold breakfast. Hotel should have a designated area to eat breakfast and a schedule . every morning at 7:00am someone go to your room and leave you breakfast already cold

A rather gigantic room for only two people, the water in the bathroom is not suitable for human consumption and has a strange smell that remains on your skin, there were cockroaches when we arrived.

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is easy to find everything nearby, beach, shops, restaurants, dock

We had no shower head when we arrived and had to wait a full day for this to be fixed. Check in process is too long.

Staff were kind and helpful. The staff didn't speak any English so communicating was hard, but luckily one of the cleaners spoke English and she was SO helpful - promote her to reception! The room was always clean and tidy when we got back after a day out. Hotel is so central.

Everything they promise me that they would setup room for our honeymoon they didn't the water that comes out of the pipe smell like sewer half the time we didn't have water it was just a terrible experience if I could take 5h,e one star ⭐ I would I would not recommend anyone here ever

We had a problem with the air conditioner, it wasnt working propperly, the good about this is that it was solved in one day, the attention of the hosts was really nice, maybe something to improve is to offer breakfast at the hotel, that would give them a bonus.

The rooms are not clean and look like a hospital room, a really strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and a really strong smell of chlorine. What you see in the pictures on booking is really not what you see in reality. Our experience was not fun from the place

Great location, great value for money, huge rooms, friendly staff, helpful and patient for us when we only speak a little Spanish! Kept our bags for 5 hours when we checked out and allowed us to shower before our flight! We will be back!

There was a terrible smell in all the areas, the pool was very dirty and there was so much noise during the night. We couldn't sleep at all.

The staff was really nice and the hotel is very close to the beach.

In the first days the water was smelling, then the problem was fixed, but most part of the time was gone. Check in was not so fast: I had to wait for one hour before receiving the room. The amount of towels provided was just one per person and they were quite old.

We supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but we left after 1st night (we stayed 1 night only because we got there very late at night, and didnt know where else to go, otherwise we would have left right away after our arrival). Place was dirty and moldy - please do not let the name of the hotel and pictures fool you…I told receptionist via translator that we will leave in the morning and won’t stay 2 nights and she was very nice and was sorry and said that she will get everything ready for the morning shift and they will give us money back for the second night. But morning shift was acting weird about it, we had to come back later for our money and they took their old sweet time to do everything…This place was like old, moldy and dirty hostel and not a hotel…Toilet didn’t flush at all, room smelled bad from mold, you could hear everything from the hallways, I was only awaiting cockroaches to welcome us…buckets with dirty water were in the hallway when we got to the hotel at night and were there next day too…DO NOT STAY HERE (rather go literally 10 steps, right across the street to WH Hotel - same price, new, clean and not run down (yet) - we stayed there the 2nd night)…
