The location of the hotel is right outside the busier downtown of Leticia. It is walkable to the markets and main areas. There are multiple great restaurants int he area and a great restaurant in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt like it was a little oasis in the amazon. Loved our hammock in the all season room.

We opted to stay in the cheaper front rooms, which were just fine with all we needed, but didn't have windows at ground level and had fairly thin doors. I wish I'd opted for one of the back rooms, which have large windows, private indoor hammocks and more. I could hear some street noise in the evening, but suspect that would be the case most anywhere in Leticia.

Feels like a calm and cozy oasis in the midst of the hubbub of Leticia. The proprietress is a true gem, who clearly pours her heart into the place. It was a bonus that she speaks/understands a fair amount of English. The room was spotless, the AC worked well and enough covered the background sounds of town. The compound grounds are lovely with private places to sit. It's in a great location where if felt safe enough and easy to walk to the business district. The restaurant area is lovely and the food was really good, some of the better we had in Colombia. The breakfast was especially wonderful. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends.

Near the front entrance are three lounge chairs which are comfortable for resting but there is a strong smell of cat urine.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is centrally located, a block from the main square and four blocks to main business area, all very walkable. Renovations are being done on the property. New paint cans are stacked up and some roofing repairs are being done.

It was a bit hot inside the bungalow, because the Air-condition unit was too small for that size of Bungalow.

The hotel had a really good coffee served at breakfast. Fresh fruit cocktail and delicious omelet. The bungalows had a hammock for relaxing. The hotel had a water container where you could refill your water bottle.

Good location, central location.. but quiet. Friendly staff. We stayed here before and after our jungle trip, could leave our large luggage behind and on arrival back, the luggage was already in the room... which we found a warm welcome back. Also a good breakfast in a nice garden.

The only annoying thing was the rooster in the neighbourhood crowing every minute from 2.00am.

The air conditioning was not great, didn’t make any difference in the heat of the day., because the cabin is not closed off. We had to sleep with wet towels on. Also the shower temperature is not adjustable, so no cold showers possible. Next time I would opt for a place with a pool in case the AC fails :p

Location was convenient, close to airport and large supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast was fine. Cabin was spacious and bed was large and comfortable (not rock hard as sometimes in latam) It was mostly clean, some stains in the bed sheets and general wear and tear.

The owner of the place saved us: we organized a transfer to the airport early in the morning (5:30 am pick up time) with an organization we did a jungle tour before. The driver didn't show up as arranged and we could not reach anybody for help, so she drove us to the airport. Thank you for this service so early in the morning! Room was clean, very big, and bed an AC were very comfortable. We could get a glass of water anytime for free.

The room safe wasn't large enough to fit my laptop.

The hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice. Everything was screened so bugs couldn't get in. Air conditioner worked. Safe worked. Warm water in the shower. Nice hammock on the patio. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff accommodated my requests. The hotel also helped us arrange an amazon tour at a good price.

They have many kinds of internet, but the only one that works all the time is Starclick which you need a code to access that you have to request, but they don't always have the codes. If not, you can always access next to the reception desk. All the rooms are very different, so if you don't like the first one you see, ask to see another one!

The people who run the place are lovely! It has a pretty garden and the rooms are large. There is hot water and a/c, along with ceiling fans.

The rooms are very dark and have minimal natural light. The service was quite slow and insufficient. While we were there, two of the staff were clearly overworked, filling in for absent staff members and multitasking various roles.

The included breakfast was sufficient to start your day, and the outdoor seating area was pleasant. The tour that the hotel arranged for us was excellent; the guide picked us up from our hotel, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and flexible to our wants. The room was clean and included a mini refrigerator, fan, and air conditioning. I loved that the hotel had three ducks to help control pests, as well as a dog that they rescued from the streets. In addition, they were prone to feed some of the needy street dogs when they had scraps or leftovers. I also appreciated the free pickup from the hotel.

Excellent staff. Comfortable beds with it conditioning. Very good breakfast and nice courtyard. Close to Parque Santander. Hotel facilitated multiple excellent tours which was helpful for us as we do not speak much Spanish and it would have otherwise been difficult for us. Attached hotel restaurant was good for convenience for one night but similar to other offerings in town and more expensive.
