The main issue for me was the bed in our room. It was quite hard and uncomfortable, and I had difficulty falling asleep and woke up with body aches each morning. While my husband did not mind the firm mattress, it personally affected my sleep.

My family and I had a 10-night stay at the Alcázar de Oviedo by EE Hoteles. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and I was impressed with how clean the apartment and general premises were. The hotel is ideally located, right in front of Oviedo Mall, which offers a supermarket, Western Union money exchange, restaurants, and many shops. The sofa bed in the living room, which my six-year-old son slept on, was very comfortable.

Nothing. There were some issues with the AC but like I stated, they made sure to accomodate and fix the necessity according to our needs even giving us a complementary coupon to one of their restaurants to mend any discomfort or issues we may have had.

It would have been better to have another aircon unit in the living room area rather than just a fan. Breakfast was very basic and if there were a lot of people in the dining room then the food ran out quickly. The ladies would bring out about 3 pancakes at a time which would be gone in seconds. Also the hot food was always meat - even the eggs and the plantains had meat in them. It would be nice to have an option with no meat for vegetarians or just to have an extra dish and separate them.

We loved the space in the apartment and it had incredible views across the city. We had the one bedroom apartment which came with a sofa bed and two bathrooms (a bathroom each was a treat!). The staff made up with sofa bed with a mattress and bedding when we arrived. There is a full kitchen and washing machine which we found very useful. It’s in a great location - right next to two big shopping malls with lots of restaurants and a great grocery store directly across the street. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Poblado Park but it’s a lovely walk along a leafy, shaded street with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. We found it to be great value for money.

Our 3rd time we stay here at the apartment. Our apartment was perfect, had everything you needed, plus it have a shuttle. You paid it advance to pick you up at the airport to hotel and back to airport. Very good location, close to shopping, restaurant and supermarket. We would definitely stay here everytime we come with vacation 🥰

The breakfast is great for the average person that has no food limitations or food restrictions but doesn't offer flexibility in requesting a simple toasted sandwich with cheese for our son. I don't think it's the kitchen problem but the openmindedness of the personnel. All by all we managed due to the fact that the apartment has a full equipped kitchen so we made breakfast for him before heading downstairs.

We love the location, especially because we are surrounded by malls and amazing dining facilities. Supermarket just in close proximity. Our autistic son just loves the building and being able to go to the playground inside the mall accross the street.

I wasn't expecting it to have a full kitchen so I was surprised. It came in handy after a late night of dancing. The location was perfect. It was next to a shopping center.

They should improve their window insulation. Our apartment was on the 10th floor, but the street noise on Saturday night was loud enough to keep us awake. Another issue was the air conditioner condenser unit, which was located directly under the bedroom window and separated from the room only by a thin wooden cabinet door. As a result, both the street and mechanical noise were clearly audible inside the bedroom.

The location of the property is perfect, and the room was clean, with all the necessary equipment provided.
