“The staff were phenomenal!!! So kind and personable, went out of their way to be helpful. I had a cold while there and they made me lime peel tea, brought hot water continuously. Gave amazing local recommendations, helped make reservations, were interesting to chat with. Shoutout to Luis and Juan!!
The hotel is gorgeous, it felt like an oasis in an original home of the area in a sea of commercial high-rises and gentrification. The room had a huge very comfortable bed, we had our own little patio, it was fairly quiet considering how busy the area is. The gardens on the property are lush and beautiful. The bathroom was huge and bright.”

“The room is modern, clean and with a nice balcony, but overpriced in my opinion. The location also isn't ideal, as you need an Uber to go anywhere(there's no pharmacies, supermarkets or restaurants nearby). Staff were competent but not friendly compared to most hotels. The breakfast was decent but I've had much better. I had no issue during my stay, but there is also nothing worth incentivizing a return next time I'm in Medellin”
