The shower is has no door or curtain making it uncomfortable to shower next to the toilet and getting the entire bathroom floor wet during a shower.

The corridor, outside the room, is not the cleanest, and it smells a bit of smoke. Nothing to do with the room, just the surrounding ambiance.

We found the hotel very easily - just used DD travel and checked in smoothly. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, they even used GoogleTranslate in Italian! The check-in was very easy, and getting to the room was straight forward. The room was in 2 floors, with plenty of space; we are considering it even for long-term stays. Would definitely book again

Nothing really. It was cheap.

Considering the price, it's a good value. Although it's billed as an apartment the kitchen doesn't work (there's no microwave, plates, utensils) but there is a working refrigerator if you need it. Front desk was helpful. Check in was easy. You can communicate entirely via WeChat with them. No cigarette smell, which is rare. At least in our unit. Pretty quiet rooms which was a nice surprise. Two ACs, although we didn't need them. Location seemed fine. Lots of places to eat nearby and convenience store in the building. I'd return for a longer stay if they put a microwave in.

There was a very strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the 6 nights we stayed there. They did provide air fresheners to help with the smell, but it was quite pervasive at times.

The location is fantastic! You are close to several subway stations with access to various lines that take you all over the city. Additionally we found that taxi’s were always nearby and anytime we ordered a car with Didi, it arrived in just a few minutes. There are also tons of restaurants and bars nearby and a large outdoor mall. There is no shortage of things to eat and do in this area of Shenzhen!

Our room is not the same as photo show, with washing machine under wardrobe and next to bed, quite strange. There is no shower curtain between shower and toilet ,which more like wet room.

The room has a small bathroom with a combined shower and toilet. Some stains are visible on the walls due to humidity and use. While there's no breakfast option, various food options are available nearby.

My room looked nothing like the photos whatsoever. It was comparable to ultra cheap airbnbs in other parts of the world. I was disappointed about that as I selected this location due to the photos.

Property did not look like the advertised pictures.

Staff were great and helpful. Location wasn't ideal for someone exploring the city. But the main issue was that the advertised photos used certain decor that gave a VERY different expectation of what the room would look like in reality. The property was adequate for its purpose but not worth the price. We also did a comparison, and the local app will get the property for nearly half the cost (it's actual worth).

Our room was not available at check in at midnight although we informed the management and got a confirmation! So we had to search at midnight for another hotel. Luckily, the management could organize a room after 30 minutes but first said that the booked room was not available. At the end we had to wait until 1 a.m. in the morning until we got our room. It was a lot of stress only because the management/staff has not done a properly shift change and forgot our late check in. :-/
