Jackson (the manager) so so helpful and very friendly, the room size, great value for money, near loads of great places to eat, unobtrusive accommodation, powerful shower, lovely city views, organised driver for us

The best part of this stay was Jackson, the stay manager, who offered to bring me out to eat local food with his friends. Best food ever. The hotel is nice, in a gated area, reception at 8th floor and room at 33th floor with amazing views of the river and the downtown. The room is really spacious, like a mini apartment. Around there are a lot of local restaurants open until late, and the metro is about 5 mins walking

The manager was amazing in giving recommendations, responding to my text queries faster than an insurance agent. Even drove us on the first night for city view.

We had a wonderful stay at the Skyline Curated Hotel. Our room on the 33rd floor was very spacious, quiet, and clean. It also had a great view of the Yangtze River and the skyline - a true wow! Jackson, the Service Manager, and his staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful. Jackson personally took us around the city to show us the important sites, as we only had 1-1/2 day to explore Chongqing. He also helped us find a restaurant serving our favorite Chinese delicacy - bird's nest - and even arranged for our clothes to be washed, saving us time! The Skyline offers 5-star service for an affordable price - we highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is well located, close to the heart of the city and close to the transport system. The staff is very good and helping for everything. In particoular, Jackson, hotel manager is awesome. He guided me with a private tour for free and gave me a lot of tips. He also helped me to receive a pack from Shenzhen! He was alwasy ready to help and his english is very good! The room was upgraded for free and the view from my window was stunning. I really reccomend you this hotel if you plan to visit Chongqing!

Everything was perfect.

The service from the hotel staff has been exceptional. They have been very attentive, providing us with very useful and valuable advice for our stay in Chongqing, for which we are very grateful.

Jackson, the hotel manager was very helpful and kind. His English was very good and he gave us lots of sightseeing tips. He even drove us to a couple of places.

Only a small discomfort was that there were 3 of us and 2 small double beds.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff, especially the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Highly recommend!

I would really recommend this place to everyone traveling to Chongquing. Staff is amazing, manager was super polite and helpful, room is huge and modern (got upgraded at no costs) and the view is incredible. They even clean your shirts and laundry without any charge. One of the best stays I had in my entire life

There were no things to dislike

The hotel is very well located and has an awesome view. Jackson, the hotel manager, speaks english and is very kind. He made our visit a lot smoother! The rooms are spacious and well equiped. I would definitely stay there again. Totally recommend!

Nothing

The service and support from the hotel Manager, Mr. Chen to both the receptionist, Xiao Duan and Xiao Liu are another level. We used to travelled as a family on our own but first full day after late check in, the Manager Mr. Chen has volunteer to drive us around the famous tourist spot and wait for us to visit, while pick us up with cold ice cream due to hot weather. He also took us to another place closer to where we need to go at night for Chongqing show 1949, to have a host to show us traditional tea ceremony.. He kept checking in and offer to support whenever possible. We have issue with booking luggage allowances with our flight, the receptionist spent hours calling and making arrangements for us as the international phone number wasn't being accepted, their patience and support is to another level, so personalised and without asking for extra fees, all to provide a great experience. On our checked in day, due to our train delayed, we arrived really late, and found out the room has no night view and again, without prompting, the receptionist checked and upgrade us to the room with view the next morning. This speak a lot of the personal experience and excellence customer service.

Great location in Chongqing, 5 minutes walk from the metro so was easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and Shops nearby. I had a great skyline view of the city from my room very beautiful. Communication channels were available on WeChat or WhatsApp if anything was needed during my stay. Staff were very helpful, offering instructions if required.

First of all the view was very beautiful. The hotel is in the centre of the city and you can see everything from up there. The customer service was excellent and the hotel even upgraded our room to a much spacious one. Can't forget about the cleanliness too. It's also convenient to go any tourist attraction because of the hotel is just at the centre of it all.

Stay was amazing, perfect location with many restaurants and shops around. Jackson made the overall Chongqing experience even better.

Very friendly and accommodating staff

From the first second we got a great impression from the hotel service manager Mr. Chen who was very helpful with all our questions - and even upgraded our room without cost when we asked for a room with a good view of Chongqing. The staff present at the hotel was also very helpful and kind, the room was as good as you’d hope. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re a foreigner traveling China who could use a bit of extra help from a native Chinese. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Chongqing!

The staff were amazing. Upgraded our room for free as we were only there for one night. The waiter was amazing and gave us traditional Chinese bracelets which represented luck.

Exceptional customer service. The manager and reception went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. Great view and great location

Super convenient location and overlooks the river. The staff were so incredibly attentive and kind and always offered to help me. Particularly the manager - he even drove me to the subway station to catch a bullet train to Chengdu and always happy to help with whatever questions I had. I would absolutely come back - as a solo female traveller this felt very safe.
