The decor in the villa bedrooms is worn but otherwise the villa provides a good option for larger groups. Deluxe rooms in Xin Yue building are much higher standard. Cleanliness was adequate but could be improved so that floors and corners are cleaner. The facilities are spread out over many buildings so you have to walk or take the free buggy shuttle to each place, this is only a minor inconvenience.

The environment of the resort is beautiful. The onsite restaurants are excellent and great value for money. Lots of great facilities, swimming pool, gym, kids play area etc. breakfast is phenomenal with Japanese, Western and Chinese options. The staff were kind and welcoming.

1- The front desk staff is a bit cold and not too welcoming and warm enough : ) 2- Breakfast is ok but we have to paid for 3 more pax, not too good value for 88RMB per pax (6 of us lived in the 3 bedrooms Japanese villa but was only given 3 free breakfast)

Detail on booking app mentioned prices included breakfast but the staff did not inform about breakfast for 1 person that we stay 2 person but can get meal only one. We have to add cost :(

The wifi didn't really work or was very slow when it did. I think I would prefer a smaller hotel for a transit, so we don't need to go to a different building for our room.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They spoke enough English for the basics and we used Google Translate for a more complicated question. We arrived late and left early so didn't get to experience the hotel, pool, gym, etc. Note it is more like a resort, with multiple buildings. We had a golf cart take us to our building and collect us the next morning. We got breakfast to go, which was ok. It's close (about 15 min by taxi) to the airport.

I was having a nice buffet dinner, but the restaurant staff kept pestering me for payment. Being a hotel guest, I was treated like I was about to leave the restaurant without paying. I had to pay cash in the middle of the meal as the waitress kept coming back with the requests. Not a nice experience. Strange.

English speaking staff....problem in language.

We usually stay in C & D Hotel whenever we come to Xiamen, since 2000. We like the hotel and we have got adjusted to the hotel and staff. But this time we had little difficulty since many english speaking staff were not their. All were using translator to understand what we say. Apart from this no issues. We were happy to stay in C & D Hotel

Proximity of the airport and noise from the taking off airplanes may be disturbing. Peacocks are kept in cages, poor birds with frayed feathers.

A comfortable hotel located on huge grounds with several various buildings. It has its own big park with ponds, swans, ducks, peacocks and even as ostrich. Several playgrounds for the kids. If someone seeks solitude, there is a place for him too. Good food, comfortable rooms.
