unable to use the cooking facilities as no equipment supplied to do so. we had to go up two separate lifts to get to our apartment and they were slow and always full; the permanent residents were obviously annoyed with the tourists. The apartment address was not easily found by ride share companies and we had a couple of weird drop offs.

apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. The view was of the skyline as expected and the added bonus of a washing machine was welcome. The fridge worked well and the cleaning was very good. The apartment was located near public transport and shopping.

The blocks are quite close to each other, and I can almost see the opposite apartment. There is hardly any view to be said of. The front desk is hard to find, need to make sure you use the right lift ( A1 ) and there is no label / sign to indicate it is the front desk.

Location was good, just right beside 2 Metro line, Line 10 and Line 1. There is a big shopping mall opposite the service apartment, so getting food, buying clothes, window shopping is easy. The staff are great and friendly, I told them the issue of my room, and they immediately change a new room for me.

The smell when we first entered had a faint sharp scent mixed with a freshener smell. But when we informed the hotel via wechat, they had someone look into it asap. Love their service. And while I did feel it is on the pricey for China, I do need to take into account it's very convenient location and size of the room as well - we got an entire apartment.

The location is really good. It's near the.underground mall that's connected to malls and train stations. The place is spacious. You can upgrade your room to separate wet and dry area for the bathroom for extra fees. We managed to check-in early too. We had room and bathroom slippers and towels. Toiletries were hidden behind the bathroom mirror. We could also order in and eat inside as there was a separate area for cooking and washing from the bedroom. They also have washing machine!

The entrance of the apartments. You really need to search for it. Then when you have found it, you need to go to 6th floor. Then you have to see which tower you need to go. For elderly a bit difficult to find.

Right across the apartments was a big mall. The girls at reception do everything to try to accommodate you. Very nice.

The location is ok, it’s just that I had luggage’s and when the description said it’s in the city center I didn’t think there was going to be a lot of walking from the street to the reception then to the rooms.

The cleaning lady kept the room very clean. I was sick and during my stay there and she cleaned up the mess I had created everyday.

There is a washing machine, however there is no drying rack. Maybe one has to request from concierge at check in. Though there was a kitchen, there are no cooking utensils or crockery.

Very good location. in between 2 metro subway mrt stations. Many malls around the location. I thought this was an Airbnb apartment but instead its a serviced apartment that has daily cleaning service and top up of bottled water.

The house lacks essential items such as an oven, cutlery, and plates, making the stay more inconvenient compared to a hotel, which typically provides all these basic necessities. The shower water temperature is inconsistent, which is another downside of the stay.

was not expecting not to have any kitchen equipment when the kitchen was in the picture/photo of accommodation, we were three adult staying and they only provide 2 glasses in bathroom and two mugs with kettle to make drinks, also only one air conditioning control for all three rooms (lounge and 2 bedrooms)

The only downfall is there isn't plates/bowls, spoon and forks provided to put the fruits and food purchased as supper. There is no dishwashing detergent provided at the kitchen.

The location is strategic and convenient. The staff are so responsive and helpful. Even the cleaner is so friendly. The room is very clean. It is nice and thoughtful of the hotel to provide the laundry detergent. The washing machine is a great help for people who prefers travel light and able to wash their clothes.

No kitchen ustensils, not even cutlery. Bring your own or buy in one of the stores. Difficult to find a bigger supermarket, only small convenience stores are available in the neighbourhood.

Real value for money. Modern apartments in large residential blocks, in a newly built quarter. Staff does not speak English, you will need translation apps if you don't speak Chinese. For us it was easy to find: metro stop Gangxia exit B, go up to Tesla, cross the road, and building A1 is just on the corner. Lot of options for eating out. Close to the border (Futian checkpoint) to Hong Kong.

Great location as it's straight across the road from a large shopping mall and access to the underground station. One thing to note is the pinned address on booking.com IS NOT where the hotel is. We spent over an hour walking around aimlessly trying to find the location as stated on the listing. In the end, we called the hotel receptionist to speak with a local security guard we found and he put us in a taxi to the right place. Bit annoying especially after arriving and realising the hotel is across the road from the underground access. Besides that, the apartment was clean and the washing machine was a bonus. The beds were hard but the rooms were clean. The wifi kept dropping but it was fine

Front desk workers have limited English conversation ability. Luckily I can speak Mandarin.

Location is good. There are few shopping malls just opposite the apartment. It also very close to metro station (within walking distance). There are plenty of eateries nearby (all within walking distance).
