Nothing to say. Everything was fine. Even when the typhoon hit us.

What can I say more than a thank you 😊. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was so lovely, we enjoy it so much. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was quiet we enjoy every moment. The breakfast was various and delicious. And more than that, the bed was so comfortable.

The toilet did not flush well and the corners of the toilet room appeared to be uncleaned. The reciptionist told me about the gym. I did not realise there was a pool. I wish that there was a booklet of the facilities of the hotel. oh well. my next trip!!

the room was clean & spacious and away from the elevator. the decor of the room was very welcoming. I was on one of the two twin beds, it was very comfortable. the blackout curtain did its job. the wifi works well.

We didn't know when the firework was happening, and either did the front desk staffs, if we paid a room with view to fireworks I'd hope they at least know when it's happening, but not a big issue here

The room was HUGE and spacious, the tub was very comfortable, the design of this hotel took the old one up a notch, and we were able to use the awesome pool, breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety, and we got a late check-out The location is prime, there are so many restaurants and bars and things to do around here, and easy metro access

I went with a friend and we got 2 club rooms at the same price however one of the rooms was really large no balcony and the other really small with balcony. A bit unfair.

Language barrier and check in staff didn't give upgrade to both our rooms. When booking hotel through Booking.com I was told both rooms will be upgraded because I was charged same amount for both the rooms?! Upon check out I was lucky to get in touch with English speaking staff. I told her about our check in experience and how one of the room wasn't upgraded. She checked and agreed it was mishap from their end. Offered us free drinks voucher. It was week days and I was also hoping for getting at least one room facing windows of the world but the lady at check in staff said no rooms available. It's hard to believe. Being off season and not even weekend?! Overall staff were really sweet and helpful. And we enjoyed our stay. Kids loved it because of the bathtub. They had swimming pool and gym but we didn't use it. Their spa has been close for 2 years (I was told by their staff) and no indoor children play area at all.

Hotel breakfast buffet options were great for vegetarians.

Breakfast was attractive with a good variety of products, but everything was a bit dry... Probably because they start at 6.30 until 10.30 which leads "late eaters" to get the food that has been on display for a while. Also as a western family, we are not great fans of the kitsch "venitian" decoration !!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English, which is still quite rare in Shenzhen. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient if you come for sightseeing with most attractions parks at walking distance, and pleasant places worth to visit nearby (OCT Loft, OCT Bay, Nantou, Shekou...). They have a nice and large indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
