Location very handy close to metro and big new shopping Center on Jinjihu lake. Swimming pool, gym and exec lounge made my stay super relaxed and comfortable.Staff very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mark on front desk who helped organise cycling around the lake, cars to take me to and from Tongli water village and was always happy to help with any questions. thank you

The large international breakfast buffet. Very closer to Metro line 1 station just about 150 m. English speaking front desk staff specially Mr. Mark He was a nice and helpful gentleman and he helped to book us taxied, wrote the way maps when we want to go somewhere and helped to book our next hotel at Beijing ( Fairfield by Marriott Haidian Beijing). Can give 7 stars for him out of 7.

GermanyThe rooms/facilities have aged a bit. during my last stay I had often some smell from the sewage pipes, that made it a bit uncomfortable. Very often their payment system seems to have issues, which is always a bit challenging.
Location and staff are really good. Esp. the concierge guys (in particular Mark and Harry) are super friendly, very helpful and always try to find a way to please any request you have. Breakfast is ok(could vary a bit more often). A goody is the laundromat, which is very convenient if you stay longer time.

Returning Guests after almost a decade. In term of maintenance, it is rather well. Staff are friendly. The hotel is providing washing machines and dryers for guests to wash clothes with more affordable pricing. Certainly good location to travel with subway and walking distance to the lakeside for musical fountain, restaurants and East Gate shopping centre.
