Excellent location, close to a subway station and easy to walk to the Forbidden City. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection on offer to suit everyone. The staff were incredibly helpful, would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Beijing.

We were a little dissapointed by the dinner organized by hotel in the event of closure of the part of the city. There was some army rehersal and due to this ocasion the part of the city, together with the area in which hotel was located was closed from 5 p.m. To help the guests, the hotel organized a dinner in the cost of 100 yuan per person, which was very thoughtful. However, the dinner was not perpared well, because when we got there (in the middle of the time shceduled for it), majority of options were finished. Of course, with the time the part of the options was refilled, but it looked like they were not prepared for the number of hotel guests (it was obvious that nearly everybody will come, since there were no other options). It was just one time ocassion, but for me it was quite stressful, as being locked up in the hotel under police supervision is not an everyday event.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the Forbidden City (we were able to get there on foot). The staff was friendly and in majority spoke English. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and there were multiple options, both Asian and Western. It is worth mentioning concierge Gary who was very helpful and recommended us a taxi driver to the Great Wall of China:) I really appreciate a note that the hotel staff left about the event that was hapenning on the weekend. Thanks to this note, we noticed that the Forbidden City is by exception closed earlier and we still managed to visit it and schedule the necessary time. I would certainly recommend this hotel for the people outside of China especially thanks to the smooth service in English.

Taxis are not able to park right up to the hotel lobby entrance due to renovations going on, but staff are helpful to assist with luggage.

Housekeeping were excellent and paid attention to details. Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast selection was plentiful. Very helpful concierge helping to book taxis for us as our didi didn't work. Room was quiet and lovely.

Hotel is right above a busy shopping street, so you are sort of in tourist central, and it's a bit of a walk to the subway. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very pleased we picked this hotel. Our room was super quiet, completely dark at night and clean and spacious. Staff were super helpful. Beautiful hot pot restaurant straight across the road. Amazing wagyu beef.

The restaurants are all currently closed and ordering room service was a little bit difficult due to language barriers. The room service desserts were sold out at 8:30pm. A room service ordering app, perhaps alipay, would be much easier.

Good central location. A shopping mall with restaurants, Starbucks and McDonalds are all a 5 minute walk away and there is a convenience store just around the corner from the hotel entrance. Classic styling. Plenty of space. Check in was easy and the staff showed us to our rooms and transported our bags for us. The spaghetti bolognaise from room service was very tasty.

When we were there the lobby and restaurants were being renovated, so breakfast was served in the banquet hall. I guess if it were not the case the breakfast would have been probably better. But we were aware of the renovations when booking, so it wasn’t an issue for us

The location is excellent, the hotel room was new, clean and had a great shower. We had an extra bed for our son at an extra charge, but even with that the hotel had a very good price.
