Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWhile the hotel appears to have undergone renovations, the wooden furniture retains a rustic and classic aesthetic, leaving it unclear whether this was intentional or if the pieces are remnants from the past. Additionally, being a classic building, the room’s ceiling height is relatively low, and the mattress could be upgraded to meet the comfort standards expected of a quality hotel.
The hotel’s prime location was highly convenient, but the standout feature was the thoughtfully designed bathroom amenities. The heated toilet seat, along with adjustable front and rear wash functions and an integrated heater, added a level of sophistication and comfort that elevated the overall experience

For Jing’an or FFC it is easiest to take a taxi. There is currently a large building site behind the hotel, so I was given a room facing the side towards the river.

RussiaWe stayed for two nights and were disappointed. The hotel barely qualifies as a three-star — the room was very small, with tiny windows and a view of a construction site. Furniture was old and worn, and there was a strong musty smell, likely from the nearby pool. The worst part was the check-in: we were charged 30% more than the booking price, without any explanation. Only after asking, we were told it was a deposit — but no one informed us in advance. After check-out, we were refunded the deposit but asked to pay again for the stay, so now we’re waiting for our bank to process the refund. It was frustrating and unexpected, especially since our expenses were carefully planned in advance.

IndonesiaThe interior of the room is quite old. I found the bed was not comfortable (too soft) and the air conditioner is somewhat warm (need to open the window to make the room cool) but the room is clean though. In my daughters room there was no bathroom curtain to block view from the bed room so you can forget about privacy when taking shower (perhaps this room is intended for honeymoon couple)
Location of the hotel is great. It is a walking distance to Shanghai Bund around 10-15 minutes walk and close to some shopping malls. The staff service was ok. They are quite helpful with our request but lack of proficiency in English.

TurkeyAs of April 2024, there is a construction going on right in front of the hotel. It seemed nonstop 24/7 so was very noisy. Staff was never smiling. Don’t know why, but everybody was really unhappy.
It was overall clean. Concierge was willing to ask everything. (Practicing English I guess.)
