The payment system said it took American Express. But your system kept rejecting my cards (happened the last time in January too) Called Amex and the monitored their end when I tried to pay. No transaction was seen by Amex which meant your payment system was not connecting to Amex or it was rejecting the payment method. You need to get that sorted or just remove Amex from your literature as it's clearly not working

I could smell the cigarette in the corridor and in the room. This was unpleasant.

Location was perfect. It’s close to all local amenities. The subway was within walking distance. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. There were lots of options for everyone. The staff were nice too. They were very helpful with quick responses to all needs.

The staff at the reception were not good at English for foreigners. I was curious of the payment system that my deposit not refunded when checking out. But the staff didn’t explain the system fully. And my information was written in wrong ways in the document that made me more annoyed. Staff needs to be more professional and educated the service training for the international customers.

One elevator failed, so down to two. Water went off one day and took longer than expected to be reconnected. The fact it took longer was not communicated very well. But staff did sort out the issue.

Convenient location, close to lots of department stores and local shops. The apartment interior is very big and has everything you need from kitchen to washing machine. It is clean and tidy for our one night stay. Good value for money and the staff very friendly!

The elevators worked really strangely and sometimes the buttons wouldn't work. At times we even got stuck somewhere underground and got chased by a stray dog...

The breakfast lounge ladies were exceptionally nice. I found it especially nice how the apartments were so large and comfortable. They were even soundproof! My favourite thing about the hotel is how amazingly easy everything is. The restaurant and supermarket at the ground floor are amazing too.

There really isn't anything to disilke about this property. It was affordable and met all of my requirements. It was close to the metro and local restaurants and attractions, and the whole experience was pleasant.

The buffet style breakfast was plentiful and varied. The choices were mostly repetetive each morning, consisting of Asian and western options. The room was adequate and met expectations. The view from the high floor provided a great vista of Shenyang and a clear line of sight to the city's tallest building. Services within the room were sufficient for a business or holiday trip, and the 9th floor contained ammeneties for the breakfast/restaurant area, an extensive selection of services in the spa (opens 13:00-22:00), a well eqiuipped gym, and a separate game areas for grownups and children.
