Amazing stay in Shenzhen! The apartment we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed, making it feel like a real home away from home. The rooftop pool with its stunning views was unforgettable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We also loved the entertainment facilities, the game room and golf simulator were the best! On top of that, the location was perfect for exploring the city. Truly a wonderful hotel experience, we’d love to come back.

Good location, everything you need was nearby. The pool is an oasis in the city, very calm and quiet overlooking the park. The room was clean and spacious.

The big pool with an amazing view, the room is big and clean, with a big double bed, and closet. The free private washing machine in the room was a game changer, and the staff was very friendly. The location is great location also, next to a huge mall, the tech market, and generally a very lively neighborhood. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Breakfasts were over occupied, few tables for families A/C in the room was a bit noisy, and neighbours were obviously smoking inside their room, the smell went right into our bedroom and made it uncomfortable to be in it 😖 Once my kid bumped into a door handle and got bruised right under his eye 😥 staff tried to help, though they didn’t have right medicine for it. Asked to place a safety tools on the handles Parking is a bit tough

Breakfast could do better is terms of quality of food provided. Had one breakfast then prefer to eat variety of better quality of food in the close by eateries. Oh, the internet is sooo slooowww. Needs to use mobile data to run a laptop.

This property exceeded my expectations. I would like to express how grateful I am to have received the BEST customer service from Momo Chen at the front desk. From the minute i arrived till my check out, she went above and beyond to assist me with my enquiries for everything i asked. I don't think I would have made it to Guangzhou by train if it wasn't for her amazing efforts. The room was so big and comfortable, especially liked the layout. Very handy having the combination washing machine and dryer and kitchen 👌. The rooftop bar is amazing and gorgeous swimming pool up there, too Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety.

The breakfast. It was not particularly impressive, we ended up not eating there. The food can be better.

We had a two-bedroom suite for 2 nights. The room is spacious and well-maintained, with a view overlooking a park. The rooms are very comfortable. Staff are helpful and polite, especially Zoey Zhong, who checked us in.

Excellent stay at the Fraser - the hotel is ideally located, very quiet and super clean. We are two French guys, travelling from Hong Kong just for one night, and we were very surprised that most of the hotel team could communicate with us in English, which made the experience even more appreciable. The room was super spacious and luxurious for the price - equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated that nothing is wasted, you need to ask if you want extra bathroom accessories. The bathroom was huge et sparkling clean, and the bedding super comfortable. Icing on the cake, I forgot my phone charger in the room, and they kindly shipped it back to my home. We definitely recommend this hotel, either for business or leisure, it's a 10!

We could not use our credıt card ( whıch we use all over the worl and also in Chına and no problem ) for some reason they cannot charge from our card and they could not find a solution If we had no cash money ( we had to go the bank and wait for an hour to get cash ) I donot know what to do and the staff only say : sorry we cannot use this card and we donot know why ) and we are sure there is no problem at all we used ıt day ago in another city in Chına and week later in Hong Kong
