It was clean, beautiful like the pictures, really good for the price, good security in the building

Location

The place was dirty and lacked basic facilities, the bathroom didn’t have towels, so they offered us disposable paper towels. The kitchen didnt have pots, cups, dishes, spoons, forks or knifes.

Property is vary clean . Location is good and metro station is just 50 mtr away . Facility manager and owner is awesome and very helpful .

Little bit kitchen utensils could have been better being in kitchen. Kiti Ken is available with electric kettle and gas supply . No utensils and no microwave oven is available

Convenient Super close to mrt Cross a street will have plenty of food Got washing machine and coffee shop at downstairs.

The floor that I’m staying beside is some kind of massage shop. The scent from the shop is the praying stick smell, whenever I out from my stay Will smell it. Personally don’t like it. The room and the stay itself doesn’t come with lock. Meaning to said the person inside cannot lock the door, feel insecure as the owner have the passcode.

- It will be better if there is arrangement for room cleaning. - It will be better if the small shower from bathroom shifted to the POT area as most of the Indians stay at the apartment.

toilet faucet was not there

The location of the apartment is central and walking distance to MTR station, thus very easy to get around.

When we arrived around 2pm, the apartment was still not ready for us to checkin. Reason given is the previous tenant has not checked out and we had to wait until 4pm only able to checkin. However, the host were very apologetic and give us a discount and also present us a fruit basket.

1. Really close to metro station (ignore booking.com map location, it's exit A from chegongmiao in fortune plaza, either building A or building B on other side) 2.Door code entry is convenient 3. Really well equipped 3. Very prompt response to messages 4. Good sleep because curtains make flat very dark 5. Spacious

We rented an apartment and were very pleased! The location is excellent — the metro is right below the building, and there are many tasty, affordable cafes nearby. A shopping mall is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient. I want to highlight the owner of the apartment — he is a wonderful person, always ready to help and answer any questions, even those not related to the accommodations. The price-quality ratio is excellent, making it a great value for the stay. The room itself was clean and cozy. There were shampoo and shower gel available, and everything looked just like in the pictures. The people are very responsive, which added to our pleasant experience. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. Comfortable, with a nice sitting room/kitchen area.

The bed was fairly small for 2 people. The kitchen was totally empty (no cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.), which was frustrating, especially on the first night. There was a ridiculously low-hanging light fixture that we both bumped into multiple times

Warmth hospitality by Dolvin, the owner & his sister & mom, whom welcomed us & accompanied us to our room. Dolvin even guided us to where the metro is & he speaks good English. Well done & I highly recommend this place as it feels like home & it's just a stonethrow from the Chegongmiao metro station.

Perhaps, can improve on the shower water heater as we need to wait for the water temp to rise before taking our shower.

The facility was nice and the people and owner were very friendly and nice people! They were very kind in helping us even when we had to repeatedly call them to help us locate the apartment and even locked ourselves out the door

We saw about 15 cockroaches throughout our 2 day and 1 night stay. They were all spotted during the night time which made us very scared to even sleep thinking they might crawl up the beds. Also the pictures didn’t look like the place that much.

Super great location. Four metro  lines are just below the apartment, with line 1 going to most tourist attractions & line 11 to airport T3 where our flight was. The apartment was rather clean. Owner Tang Wen had been nice, friendly, and accommodating. Brought us to the police post to register our stay and allowed us to leave our luggage inside the apartment after checkout as our flight was later in the nite. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay of 4d3n

Queen bed was comfortable, but double decker bed had a very thin 2 inches hard "mattress". Quilts were also thin, and we were freezing cold even with the heater on. This was bec the windows were not properly sealed, allowing cold air to enter. Except for a water boiler, nothing else was provided in the kitchen. No cups, utensils or bowls etc (subsequently, upon request, we were given 3 paper cups for 3 of us for 3 days' use) No TV, as claimed, in this apartment.

Affordability. Near to MRT station. Many local food outlets nearby.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom for unit 12A. Very dim along the corridor during daytime. The rooms look clean but upon staying, further improve in hygiene and cleanliness are necessary.
