Recensione verificataNel complesso posso dire che, a mio giudizio, non può essere un hotel 5 stelle. E' chiaro che se leggi 5 stelle le aspettative sono più alte, ma posso dire che è stato ben al di sotto. Di positivo segnalo la comodità dei letti, da vero 5 stelle. La colazione molto buona, non incredibile e indimenticabile ma ha soddisfatto l'aspettativa senza eccedere. Grande cortesia e disponibilità da parte di un manager in particolare, Mr. Zou (spero di scriverlo correttamente), ogni richiesta viene soddisfatta se ci si rivolge a lui, in questo senso, un vero 5 stelle.
La camera aveva un odore di muffa, probabilmente per lo moquette vecchie. Ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza e dopo alcuni tentativi ne abbiamo trovata una che sapeva poco odore. Gli ambienti in generale un pò vecchi, tutti, e non rispettano lo splendore delle foto. La struttura ha bisogno di un evidente ristrutturazione. Il personale in generale poco qualitativo.

Not every staff can handle English very well in China generally, but we make sure that we have someone always who could assist with our English-speaking guests when needed. Struttura vecchia e mal tenuta. Stanze sporche con muffa e prive di scovolino. Al mio arrivo ho trovato un capello sul lavandino. La maggior parte dello staff non parla in inglese. Il servizio navetta è ridicolo non ha posti sufficienti per tutti. La domenica è stato tolto il servizio navetta delle ore 9:00 senza comunicazione e ho dovuto chiamare un taxi.
