    1. The property owner texted me with a higher price for the night than the one state on the page (on the booking page: 134 SGD, then property owner texted me 857 CNY, around 156 SGD) 2. The property owner charged me 1000 CNY, with the saying of lock-in amount with the charge, but it is not returned the rest amount to my bank account 3. When I requested something during my stay, they use the excuse of this is not our operation hours for our colleague. My understanding is that the hotel should operate for 24hrs.
