Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. AustriaCheck-in after midnight was smooth, the staff was friendly, the place quiet, the rooms clean and the equipment good. I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday, but as a hotel so close to the airport, especially at this price, it’s just perfect for me.

Good value for money. Room is clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 of us (2 adults + 1 teenager) and had plenty of room. Breakfast was more Chinese style but had a few western options. Good enough for us westners who have been living in Asia for 20 years. Not too far from the airport although we thought it would be closer. It must take 20-30 min door to door The shuttle bus works really well and it’s perfectly on time. Our overnight stay in between two flights it was spotless.

Singaporedistance to city is one issue as we need about 50mins to reach the bund or near there. nearby have one area for meals but shopping wise not really.
the hotel is about 20mins drive to the airport. a very good choice if you have an early flight to the airport. their shuttle service is 24hours so not to worry about no service. the whole hotel is nice and comfortable big room with a nice toilet as well. it does have a bathttub too.

There is an airport shuttle bus shared with two other hotels, and it circulates hourly.

United StatesThe only disappointment is that the hotel is in the industrial area, nowhere else to go especially for food unless you have your own car or call a taxi, and the restaurant on location is open from 4:30pm.
It is an excellent choice for a one-night transit stay for Pudong Airport, the staff were very nice, especially the housekeeping staff #222, the airport shuttle was good, with clear pickup point at the airport, the restaurant on location was good, as you can't go anywhere unless you have your own vehicle there. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
